Here’s a closer look at the September Snails & Stamps PostBox……
Note: I don’t love this month’s theme as much as I loved last month’s theme but it is still pretty darn cute. It’s actually pretty perfect for a greeting card box. Don’t you think?!
I Heart Snail Mail
Who doesn’t love snail mail? This is the perfect card to catch up in a meaningful way, the snail mail way! Appalachia Press, located in Roanoke, VA is the work of printmaker John Reburn, a graphic designer who loves to explore the beauty and simplicity of old-school printing.
Cute, simple and very versatile. You could use this card for a number of occasions.
Sending good Vibes
With an airmail stamp, send a quick “Hello, I am thinking go you today!” note with this die-cut paper airplane card. No detail is lost on this, even the flap of the envelope has a little plane. UPW Luxe is a maker of boutique stationery. Their creative team is housed in New Haven, CT and their corporate headquarters shares space with Up With Paper in Mason, OH.
Oh my goodness!! How stinkin’ cute is this card?! I love everything about it. The airplane shape, the detail on the envelope, the colors……everything.
Hello Friend
‘Just because’ notes are the best! The gold foil, bright colors and adorable snail will absolutely bring a smile to the recipient of your hand written note. Big Wheel Press, located in Easthampton, MA was named after the classic plastic trike! Big Wheel product has a personal story and it is the heart behind the products that make them so endearing.
Such a cute card for a friend. Actually, I have someone perfect in mind for this card. They will absolutely love it and it will definitely brighten their day.
My Love Language
Snail Mail is my love language and I hope it is yours as well. Write a sweet note inside and really make someone’s day. Paper Bandit Press, located in Provo, UT is a family affair. Brett and Kin Borup began to fulfill their lifelong dream of making a living doing something they love with a sad circumstance; the company where their daughter worked as a letterpress designer was closing its doors. This card was designed by Stephanie Ford, their daughter.
This card has my name written all over it. It’s simple, classic, to the point, I love the font and I love the style of the snail. So cute!!!
Good Mail Day
A set of ten postcards, perfect for sending a quick note to deliver a smile and a happy mail day! Ginger P. Designs, located in Janesville, MN began after Gina Petersen spent countless hours designing her own wedding invitations.
This little package of postcards adds value to the box. 10 more cards for me to send out. What’s not to love?!
Washi Tape & Cutter
Postage Stamp Washi Tape. MT is the original brand of washi paper masking tape, created by the 100-year old company Kamoi Kakoshi, located in Japan.
How cute is this! I still can’t figure out where they source all the cute little goodies they include in the box each month. This fits the theme and will be fun to use.
Postage Tin
Vintage US postage from the 1970’s and 1980’s to make your snail mail even more special.
The cutest little tin I ever did see. And I’m a sucker for anything vintage.
Postmark’d Studio Review September 2018 – Final Thoughts
This month’s Postmark’d Studio box didn’t wow me as much as the August box but I don’t think they will ever be able to top that one. But…..with that being said, I still LOVE the September PostBox. How can you not? It’s full of snails and cuteness. And really…..how could they not do a snail mail theme? It makes perfect sense. I love all the cards, as per usual, and I love the little extras. Come to think of it, I’m pretty sure I have loved every single card I have received from Postmark’d Studio. They have great taste and a passion for what they do.
XOXO
