Prims Way Review May 2017

Prims Way is a Monthly Jewelry Subscription Box of the Life of Prim. Prim is a young women that has always wanted to travel. Now that the opportunity has presented itself she wants to tell the world. Each month Prim will choose a selection of jewelry that goes with her story. Each box will have a piece of jewelry along with three other items that will tell her story during this time. They kindly sent us this box for review.

I got to review Prims Way for the first time back in February and I think it is just the cutest little box! I wasn’t really sure what to think about this subscription when I first came across it as the website gives off a different vibe than the box itself. But once I had the box in front of me I fell in love. The February box was the perfect mixture of items. We received a ring, candle, chocolate bar and nail polish. It was so dang cute!! Simple and to the point.

Subscription Details

When you sign up for a Prime Way subscription you have four different options to choose from:

Once you choose your style you are then able to choose your ring size.

May Theme – Winter Court

Each box comes with a story about Prim describing the items we have received:

She pushed the heavy door to find an enclosed courtyard filled with snow. Entering, Prim stood still breathing deeply in awe of the surrounding view. Suddenly a tap on her shoulder brought her out of her daze. Turning around, there stood before her a handsome man named Missha, handing her a shot glass filled with Blue Twist. As she took her shot all she could see was the reflection of the crystal choker glistening from the sun’s rays. Putting the glass down she noticed a stain that revealed the shape of her lips. Prim thought how beautiful the crayon lipstick looked on the blue glass. Missha smiled, this brought warmth to Prim. While they talked and laughed a sudden gust of wind blew her scarf from her head. All Prim could see were the colors of the scarf fading away in the distance.

Here’s a look at the items we received in this month’s box. I’m not sure which option this box is – Upscale Urban, Brilliant Bombshell, Boho Chic, or Class Act…..

Feather Scarf

Love, love, love this scarf!! The feather pattern is on trend, the pastel colours are gorgeous, it is light-weight which makes it perfect for Summer, and it’s a nice size (not too big and not too small).

Shot Glass

This may seem a little out of place unless you read the story on the product card. I am in love with the blue glass, and this is an item that will go perfectly on my bar in the kitchen.

Crystal Choker

This is a gorgeous piece. It’s the style of necklace that is a perfect addition to any jewelry collection. We all need a piece that can be dressed up, and this will look gorgeous with any formal dress. At the same time, I think you could just as easily dress it down, or pair it with a crispy white blouse, skinny jeans and heels.

Missha Lip Crayon

Even though this product fits the theme perfectly I am a little confused by it. I’m not sure I would wear blue on my lips. But at the same time, a pink or red lip crayon wouldn’t have gone with the other items in the box.

Prims Way Review May 2017 – Final Thoughts

I have to say, I just love this subscription. I think they have done a wonderful job with the curation again this month. As with the February box, everything goes together perfectly. Prims Way is a pleasure to unbox. I’ve ended up liking this box more than I thought I would. The items this month are gorgeous and the Winter theme is actually really fun. No, I won’t get use out of the blue lip crayon, but like I mentioned above, it fits the theme perfectly. I am intrigued by this subscription. I feel like they are quiet and understated. Not a lot of people know about this one. They aren’t trying to throw their subscription in everyone’s face. It’s almost like it is a bit of a secret, and I kind of like that. This is definitely one to keep on your radar. I’m interested to see what they come up with next.

XOXO
