S&G Beauty Box is a monthly subscription beauty box that delivers 4-6 carefully handpicked beauty products right to your door. Their mission is to introduce their subscribers to natural products that makes them look and feel good! They kindly sent me this box for review.

Here’s a look at the items we received this month:

Full Brow Serum by Province Apothecary

Well, you learn something new every day! I had no clue eyebrows could become damaged like your hair. But now that we are talking about it, I guess it makes sense. I currently don’t have any problems with my brows, but it makes me wonder if it is something I will deal with as I get older. My hair has certainly changed over the last couple years, and I need to look after it more than I use to. Will it be the same with my brows?? Any who…….very interesting product.

Sequins Kit by Pretty Woman

Glitter and glow! This kit comes with a large pot of multidimensional, multi-colored glitter. For an ultra-glittery manicure that’s sure to make a statement.

How fun is this! It’s the perfect little nail kit for the holiday season. Who doesn’t want a little extra sparkle this time of year!

Duo Eye Brush by Pure Anada Cosmetics

This brush is sure to become one of our best sellers.   Two brushes for the price of one!  One end is a fine-tipped angled liner brush; perfect for the application of loose mineral liner.  On the other end is a perfect shadow brush; just dip into the minerals, tap, and apply.

I LOVE multi-tasking products!! It means I don’t have to take as many things with me when I travel. One less brush in my makeup bag. This is genius! And I am always happy to receive makeup brushes.

The Mixologist by Au Naturale Cosmetics

They’ve really found some interesting products for this months box. I feel like it’s been a learning experience from start to end. This lipstick intrigues me. I had to test it out right away. I tried it solo (no lipstick underneath) and it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. It is kind of hard to apply, you really have to push down, and it gave my lips this weird washed out appearance. I was hoping for a glossy, shimmery, healthy look.

Hair Mask by St. Tropica

This all natural hair mask will repair hair damage, help stimulate hair growth, strengthen hair and more!

Oh my goodness, I need this ASAP!! I’m actually kind of tempted to go put it on my hair now and walk around wrapped in a scarf for the rest of the day. My hair is horrible right now. It’s extremely dry, it gets knots very easily, and it is breaking off. Let’s hope this helps.

S&G Beauty Box Review December 2016 – Final Thoughts

This month’s S&G beauty box isn’t my favourite, but that’s not to say other subscribers won’t love it. I will use the hair mask and the makeup brush, but the other products don’t really suit my beauty preferences. This is strictly personal, and I never expect to like all the products I receive. I think I would have been more excited if the lipstick was what I was hoping it would be. And……beauty subscriptions are all about discovering new products and being able to test them out, are they not?. I certainly got to do that with this month’s box, and that makes me happy. Overall, I really like this subscription box. I LOVED the last two boxes and know I will love the next. PS – the Hynt Beauty Radiant Powder Blush we received last month is AMAZING! I use it every day.
