Simply Earth Review May 2022

Simply Earth is a monthly subscription for quality essential oils. Each month they deliver four simply pure essential oils, extras, and easy recipes, curated around a specific theme. Simply Earth helps you “create a healthy and chemical free home for your family”. They kindly sent us this box for review.

One of the things I love and appreciate about my Simply Earth boxes is the fact that they come with easy-to-make essential oil recipes. I don’t always have time to do them, but…..last month I purposely set aside an hour one afternoon and let me tell you…..making the laundry themed recipes from the April box was SO fun and SO therapeutic.

Marjoram: Marjoram is an herb that is calming and warming, which makes it great for using before bed at night!  Marjoram can be used to relieve menstrual pain and provides relief from seasonal threats.

Spearmint: Spearmint was traditionally used to scent bath water and was used to aid digestion.  Today it is commonly used as flavoring agent especially in gum and toothpaste, but its essential oil can also help those with queasy stomachs or in need of a focus boost.

Lemon: Lemon oil has been historically recognized as a cleanser. It reached the height of its fame when the British Navy used lemon to counteract the effects of scurvy. This citrus fruit is energizing, cooling, and promotes mental clarity.

Simply Earth Review May 2022 – Final Thoughts

May is Women’s Health Month so our May Simply Earth box focuses on just that…..women’s health! Apparently this was one of the most requested themes from Simply Earth customers. They also mention that the recipes in this month’s box would make great Mother’s Day gifts. I love the versatility! Overall I think I am most excited about the spearmint and lemon essential oils because I use those in my diffuser on a regular basis, but I am also very excited to make the Flow Roll-On. What a handy product to have on hand during that “special time”. Once again the Simply Earth ladies have done a wonderful job!
