SinglesSwag Review November 2019

SinglesSwag is a fun, stylish monthly surprise for amazing single women! They do not subscribe to any societal or cultural expectations on women. They believe a woman’s happiness is determined by her outlook and attitude, not her relationship status. They love to make women look and feel beautiful while empowering and inspiring them. They kindly sent us this box for review. 

Christmas is right around the corner and when it comes to gifting, SingleSwag is one of my go-to subscription boxes. The price point is reasonable, the value is amazing, and your gift recipient will receive a lovely mixture of products – books, jewelry, skincare, snacks and more. It really does make the best gift.

Purlisse 6-Piece Sheet Mask Set ($38)

I was very excited to see this mask set in the box because Purlisse masks are my absolute favorite. I’m very picky when it comes to skincare products but I’m happy to report that my sensitive skin responds very well to Purlisse products. Their masks always leave my skin feeling soft and refreshed.

Dr. Botanicals Superfood Facial Oil ($26)

This all-natural, award-winning product is packed full of vitamins and minerals, all working together to rejuvenate, renew and protect skin. The antioxidant rich formula will leave your skin hydrated and protected.

Dr. Botanicals is certainly making the rounds in subscription boxes as of late. I have seen this brand in a number of the beauty & lifestyle boxes we review on the site. Typically I don’t like to see repeat offenders in my subscription boxes but I’m actually quite excited about this particular product so I’m willing to overlook it. I love a good face oil and this one is award-winning.

Gemma Simone Necklace Set ($86)

A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future and accepts you just the way you are. Someone whose love for you stretches all the way to the moon and back and vice versa. Stay connected with your person by sharing this best friend piece with them. Necklaces produced with sterling silver and measure 16″ with a 4″ extender.

How adorable is this necklace set?! I love the idea of sharing this set with a friend. I also think it would be a great gift for one of my nieces as they would love to be able to gift one of the necklaces to their BFF. Either way, I love it.

Wildflower by Drew Barrymore ($16)

This heart-stirring New York Times bestseller that InStyle called “deeply thoughtful and fun” shares funny, insightful, and profound stories from actress Drew Barrymore’s past and present, told from the place of happiness that she currently enjoys.

I’m so happy to see a book in the box this month. We typically receive a book every 2-3 months and this month we received a New York Times bestseller by Drew Barrymore. It gets mixed reviews on Goodreads but I love Drew Barrymore so I’m still looking forward to reading it.

Jules Smith Power Gloss ($18)

Inspired by the power and purpose of gemstones, this luxe gloss is designed to provide and promote balance, harmony, attraction, confidence and well-being. Formulated with Vitamins A and E to keep lips hydrated for the perfect pout with high shine and a shimmery finish.

This pretty pink gloss is a fun color for the holidays. It has just the right amount of shimmer and I like that it is formulated with Vitamins A & E. To be totally honest, I didn’t know Jules Smith had a makeup line. Until now I only knew them for their jewelry. I wonder if this is a new addition to their product line and if we will see more in the future?

Richer Poorer Socks ($14)

Treat your feet with these stylish, cozy socks produced with high quality combed cotton designed for durability and comfort.

We often receive socks in subscription boxes but what I love about these ones is that they are a basic color…..yay! Don’t get me wrong. I love a fun pair of patterned socks but I also love my basics. I will wear these often.

Lesser Evil Popcorn ($3)

Treat yourself with this 100% guilt free popcorn made with a blend of organic coconut oil and botanical extracts. Vegan, gluten-free and delicious.

I have received Lesser Evil Popcorn many times in my subscription boxes over the years and while I love the brand, and love a good quality popcorn, I maybe would have liked to see something different.

SinglesSwag Review November 2019 – Final Thoughts

The November SinglesSwag is a perfect representative of what you can expect from this lifestyle subscription box. The retail value of the box this month is $201, which is pretty darn amazing. We received a great mixture of products, including a book. I love the jewelry piece this month as it is something I can share with a friend and I am really looking forward to trying the Dr. Botanicals Facial Oil. Great value, quality brands and a variety of items……makes for the perfect lifestyle subscription box!
