Sleek Treat is a really great box for those of us who pay attention to our sugar consumption. I’ve been doing a lot of research on sugar as of late, and trust me when I say this…….sugar is NOT your friend. If everyone did just a little research on sugar and the negative effects it has on our health Sleek Treat would be the most popular box on the market.
Here’s a look at the treats we received in the September box…..
Smart Baking Company Smartcake Cinnamon

At only 38 calories per Smartcake® they are Beyond Gluten Free. They have 5 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein and still manage to taste great with No sugar and No starch.
This little gem is sweetened with monk fruit which I am now familiar with thanks to last month’s box. Before that I have never heard of monk fruit. It is a small sub-tropical melon and the juice is twenty times sweeter than other fruit juices.
The Good Chocolate Bar
Signature Dark mixed with crushed organic almonds and Maldon sea salt. 100% ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Cacao nibs, Erythritol, Salted almonds, Cacao butter, Mesquite Powder, Stevia, Vanilla.
Eeek!! I am so excited about this chocolate bar! Here are just a few reasons why it will probably become my new favourite treat:

I am more than comfortable with all of the ingredients with the exception of the erythritol, but that’s a common ingredient in sugar-free products so I really can’t complain.
Sleek Treat Review September 2017 – Final Thoughts
I feel like I may have said this last month, but this month’s Sleek Treat box is my favourite thus far. I absolutely love the mixture of items we received this month, and I love that they have been including all-natural treats as of late. I really, really hope to see more natural goodies in the future. It’s so hard to find sugar-free, healthy goodies. I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible, but sometimes I just need a little chocolate in my life. I think that’s why I am so excited about The Good Chocolate bar, as well as the No Cow Bar. I really like the direction Sleek Treat is heading. I feel like this box gets better and better every month.
