Let’s take a look inside…

Here’s a closer look at the items I received in this month’s Stitches in Time Project box:

Product Card

“Thank you So much for subscribing to the SoulCraft project box! I really hope you have as much fun making this project as I did create it for you.”

I appreciate that SoulCraft identifies that they will send you a link via email to a Project Guide (to save the trees!) and another email that will link to a guided meditation.

SoulCraft Indulgent Chocolate Brownie

“Here’s our recipe of the month, because you’ll probably be hungry after crafting!”

Each month SoulCraft sends subscribers their recipe of the month. This indulgent chocolate brownie looks amazing, as soon as I can acquire all the ingredients, I will be making this! Yum!

Stitches in Time Project Guide

“Welcome to Stitches in Time! This PDF forms part of our peace & canvas project guide. The video parts of the guide can be reached by following the links. Links to our video part of this project guide are contained in this PDF and you will also find them in your email.”

This month’s project is for the Stitches in Time Project. For non-subscribers, you can find it for purchase on their website as a one-time thing. Subscribers will receive an e-mail with a password to access a PDF Project Guide. The Stitches in Time Guide was sent to my email with a special password and it was very easy to access. Within the guide are pictures and various embedded links that will take you to the process videos.

I was soo excited to see a cross-stitch/embroidery project as I was super into cross-stitching as a child!

“Awareness” Guided Mindful Meditation

“Welcome to ‘Awareness’.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and enjoy our guided meditation experience.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present, aware of where we are, engaged in what we are doing and not becoming distracted, reactive or overwhelmed by things going on around us.

Our guided meditations are all secular and use evidence-based methodology for teaching mindfulness and enhancing awareness of experience.

Recorded @ SoulCraft HQ in Ontario, Canada.”

This guided mindful meditation will help you to relax and unwind; such a neat idea. SoulCraft will send you an email with a password-protected guided meditation. When I listened to this meditation it helped to calm and center me.

Let’s take a closer look at the items for the Stitches in Time project…

Aida Cloth & Felt: I was so excited to see the Aida cloth when I first opened the box as I knew it meant embroidery!

Stunning lace…

5” Embroidery Hoop: I like where this is going… the perfect project size!

Embroidery Floss: I love these colours!

Cotton Sewing Thread: Always handy and necessary to have some thread on hand…

Floss Bobbins: I just love the amount of detail that goes into the curation of this box.

Burlap trim: I am a big fan of the rustic vibes that burlap and lace provide.

Organza Fabrics: Beautiful organza fabrics.

I love this shade of purple and it matches the embroidery floss so well!

Dried Lavender Flowers: Mmmm.. these lavender flowers smell so good!

This Month’s Tiny Special Gift – Lavender Items
“To complement our ‘stitches in time’ project we’ve included a couple of lavender items for you! Lavender is well known for several health benefits including aiding relaxation and promoting restful sleep.
Made locally in Toronto, ON, our tiny lavender bath bombs can be used in your tub, or to make a calming hand or foot soak.”

This bath bomb smells wonderful! I cannot wait to use it.

Chamomile Lavender Tea

“Traditional Medicines are the pioneers of the wellness tea category in the US and Canada. Naturally caffeine-free and USDA-certified organic, we felt that this chamomile tea with lavender would be the perfect accompaniment to ‘stitches in time’.”

I enjoy a cup of tea when I need to unwind and am excited to try this one!

BONUS PROJECT – Tiny Needlepoint Bookmark

“Because we LOVE little handmade extras, we’ve included this tiny bonus needlepoint for you!”

How nice for SoulCraft to include this bonus project. I too LOVE little handmade extras.

SoulCraft Stitches in Time Project Box – Final Thoughts

The July SoulCraft Project box included a guide, meditation and the materials necessary to complete the Stitches in Time project, plus bonus lavender items! SoulCraft will have you crafting up a storm in no time! This is only SoulCraft’s third box and I cannot say enough great things about them! I adore the immaculate details and thought that goes into each aspect of this subscription. I know this box is worth every penny and I am so impressed by its curation. SoulCraft has something so special going on here and truly, it will be so useful to their subscribers. This SoulCraft Subscription is a perfect gift for yourself or anyone else who has wanted to get creative or carve out a special time to relax and take a moment for themselves. Stitched with love…
