The Care Challenge is a Canadian quarterly subscription that combines fitness, nutrition, natural beauty, and wellness. Each season’s box contains a carefully curated selection of natural health and wellness products that challenges you to stay active and to care about your fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness.

Subscription Details
The Care Challenge is a seasonal subscription that sends a selection of natural health and wellness products quarterly. Subscriptions cost $110 to $130 per season with savings for committing to longer term subscriptions.
Each Care Challenge box is valued at over $300 and includes fitness equipment, a fitness program with video demonstration of all the exercises, seasonal nutrition tips and recipes from registered dieticians, and a variety of natural health and wellness products such as bath and body care, clean skincare, tea, candles, and much more. All beauty and wellness products are curated from local, natural, and cruelty-free brands.

Winter Weight Fitness Program
“Let’s kick winter in the butt, with this 8-week fitness program. The Winter Weight challenge is a detailed 8-week fitness program with 2 different phases.”
The fitness program is provided in partnership with BX Studio, a fitness studio located in Montreal. This season’s program features two 4-week phases with 3 days of training each week, utilizing the fitness products that are included in this box.
The Care Challenge box comes with a card detailing all the workouts, complete with a checklist that you can check off each day after completing each workout. If you prefer, a video demonstrating each exercise is also available online. I am terrible at sticking to an exercise routine, and hope the inclusion of a checklist and also a structured routine like this will encourage me to stick with it!

I love that The Care Challenge sent the equipment needed for this season’s workout in the box! The bands are clearly labeled which I appreciate.
Winter Nutrition Tips

I love these tips! The list of seasonal fruits and vegetables is so helpful when grocery shopping. I can’t wait to try the recipes, the minestrone soup will be perfect for a cold winter’s night.
The Future is Bamboo Facial Rounds
“This winter, we challenge you to ditch the single-use cotton balls or wipes by using these biodegradable and reusable facial rounds.”
I have been meaning to get a set of reusable facial rounds so this is perfect! This set contains 14 rounds and a little bag you can use to wash them in.
Three Ships Clarify Tea Tree + MCT Cleansing Oil
“Tea tree essential oil is a natural miracle worker, reducing the appearance of redness and blemishes.”
I love tea tree in skincare. This cleansing oil is great to remove makeup in my double cleansing routine.
Bubble Shop Organic Natural Deodorant

This deodorant smells really pleasant and refreshing. I generally have trouble finding a natural deodorant that works for me, so I am really excited to try this to see if it is the one for me!

This black tea blend contains cinnamon and spice, perfect for winter! I love my loose leaf teas, and am glad to have this one join my collection.

I can’t have too many lip balms! The colder weather is usually rough on my lips, and I will take all the lip balm I can get. I love that this one is eco-friendly and vegan.
The Care Challenge Review Winter 2021 – Final Thoughts
My first The Care Challenge box did not disappoint. One of my goals for this year is to focus on myself more by keeping a consistent exercise routine and eating healthier. The Care Challenge is definitely helping me accomplish those goals with their workout program and nutrition tips. The winter box is filled with wellness items such as skincare to help combat the winter dryness and lovely tea. I love the focus on eco-friendly products with the inclusion of brands with recyclable packaging and the reusable facial rounds. Looking forward to the next box!
