Each box incorporates 1 happiness boosting activity inspired by research in mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience to rewire the brain for more joy and positivity. Additionally, they select 6-8 wellness products sourced from vendors that produce natural, organic, and feel-good products ranging from aromatherapy, clean beauty/skincare, and unique lifestyle goodies. Themes and items change each month so it’s always a delightful surprise!

I love this custom wooden vision board. It comes with little wooden clothespins so you can create your ideal future by arranging pictures, words and inspirations.

The size of the board is 9.5 x 7 “ and comes with two ropes across the board to attach your inspirations. Perfect for the summertime dreaming.

The Happy Shoppe Adventure passport + Luggage Tag $18

This is a custom designed TheraBox item, it is a beautiful set of marble design passport holder and luggage tag to stay organized while traveling. The luggage tag has an adjustable strap to attach it to your luggage with beautiful rose gold embossing on top.

Maskeraide I Don’t Wanna Grow Up Firming Mask $5

I love Maskeraide masks, they are made in Canada and are 100% biodegradable, made with tencel fabric, they come in such beautiful packaging and they work great. This is their firming and lifting mask which is with vitamin E, collagen, and ylang-ylang oil (which promotes relaxation and kills bacteria).

California Home Goods Stainless Steel Reusable Straws $13.99

Plastic straws have been banned in certain countries all over the world and reusable straws are in. These are stainless steel, BPA free and come with a cleaning brush. Made with eco-friendly and food-safe materials.

Pulse Skincare Quick Fix Spray $23

I use a mist after every exercise and this will be great addition to my gym bag to mist after my workouts. It is used to refresh the skin and fight bacteria to keep skin fresh and to prevent breakouts. It reduces excess oil and is made with witch hazel and organic essential oils.

Z Skin Cosmetics Age Defying Face Lotion SPF 45 $17

Made with coconut water + mineral mica this will make your skin glow. It’s an illuminating bronzing cream that will give you a beautiful summer complexion. Can be used as a highlighter as well, perfect for summertime.

TheraBox Review June 2019 – Final Thoughts

The June TheraBox adventure edition is definitely very fun. We received a nice mixture of products and the value is definitely there. I can’t wait to start using my new wooden vision board and wear my SPF while chilling by the pool.
