It has been a few months since my last TheraBox review and boy have I missed it. Shipping from the US to Canada hasn’t been the easiest task as of late so a lot of our boxes either showed up late or not at all. Any who…..we seem to be back on track and I am very excited about it because the June box just might be one of my favourite TheraBox to date.

I love big ol’ round beach towels! They are perfect for the beach, picnics or just lounging on the grass. This one is absolutely beautiful with the white/blue color combo and the mandala design. I find it so calming to look at.

I am very excited about this next item. I am making an effort to drink as much water as possible, and stay as hydrated as possible, so this is the perfect product for me. THE HAPPY SHOPPE | ADVENTURE JOURNAL – $18

‘Tis the season of rosé, lounging around on the beach, going on spontaneous getaways, and getting a dose of vitamin sea. Summer is almost synonymous with adventures but for many of us, the thought of leaving the comforts of our home, much less the city, may seem scary and intimidating during this time. We can all feel it; summer is calling us out and we just can’t stop daydreaming about where we will go once everything returns to normal. This might feel a little counter-intuitive given this year’s circumstances, but it never hurts to start planning early and find something to look forward to. Or, if you’re ready for a dose of adventure pronto– there are definitely ways to plan little safe weekend adventures even if you can’t travel outside of the country! The simple act of making an itinerary of your future destinations, be it to Napa, the Louvre or locally secluded places, produces dopamine in your brain– whether you’re actually going through the trip or not. You can also use this journal to log some of your past adventures. Science says reliving happy experiences and the power of positive memories can jump start your mood and help you feel optimistic for the future.

How great is this travel journal?! I just absolutely love it. It has so many fun pages to fill out – a map to shade where you have been, a page to keep track of your travel savings, packing lists, a bucket list and so much more.

TheraBox Review June 2020 – Final Thoughts

It’s official! This is one of my favorite TheraBox deliveries to date. I love the thoughtfully curated products and the fact that they embraced the Summer season. There are so many lovely products perfect for the time of year – a blanket for the beach, skincare with sunscreen, a travel journal for summer road trips, electrolytes to stay hydrated during the hot summer months, and so much more. TheraBox did a lovely job with the June box. It makes me very excited to see what they have on store for July.
