Subscribers may choose between a month-to-month plan, or 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month prepay plans. The monthly box costs $34.99 plus shipping, and TheraBox offers savings with for longer term prepay subscriptions. Each TheraBox has a value of over $120!

Every month, you will receive one happiness boosting activity inspired by neuroscience and positive psychology research in addition to 6-8 wellness products curated for the mind, body, and soul. These may include aromatherapy, natural/organic beauty, and unique lifestyle products.

Let’s take a closer look at the May “Nourish” TheraBox!

Skin-Fulness I Am Enough Hydro-Cellulose Sheet Mask – $9

A sheet mask is perfect for some self care and relaxation after a long day! I think this is hydrating and healing as described. Just 20 minutes sitting back with this sheet mask is such an amazing pampering experience.

Face Off Cloth – $14.99

“‘Removes makeup with just water’ sounds like magic to our ears! The FaceOff Cloth will be your new go-to when cleaning your face! This safe, re-usable makeup removal cloth will instantly remove makeup, sweat, and grime using only warm water.”

I used to be so sceptical about makeup removing cloths like these, but after trying them out, I think they really work! I still need to use some eye makeup remover for really stubborn makeup like waterproof mascara, but otherwise, this cloth works great as a makeup removing tool. No more throwing out cotton pads! After using, simply wash the cloth with soap and water, and hang dry.

Willow Collective Self-Love Candle – $15

This candle is crafted with a soothing blend of apricot essential oil and topped with rose quartz to boost the energy of love, chakra healing, and balancing.”

How pretty is this! I love the crystals on the top of this candle. The candle has an amazing fruity scent, that is both calming and uplifting. The tin it comes in is reusable with an affirmation on the lid that reads “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection”. Such an important reminder!

Realher Eye Am Beautiful Mascara – $18

Made in the blackest of blacks, this mascara provides a lash-extending and volumizing effect! Comes with an oversized brush that treats your lashes with more volume, length, and strength.”

Longer, stronger, and lashes with more volume? Yes, please! Everything about this mascara sounds amazing. I can’t wait to give this one a try once I am ready to replace the mascara I am currently using.

Way of Will Strengthening Nail and Cuticle Serum – $24

“Having nails and cuticles that are damaged or prone to breakage can hinder your daily activities such as household chores, performing computer tasks at work, and workout routines. The Way of Will Strengthening Nail and Cuticle Serum is infused with a gentle yet powerful blend of essential oils that moisturize skin, protect cuticles from dryness and damage, and strengthen brittle nails to work on chipping and breakage.”

My nails are really brittle and cuticles dry, a situation that is only made worse by the frequent handwashing and use of hand sanitizer nowadays. A product like this sounds perfect for me! I have only used this for a few days, and find the oils to be moisturizing and preventing dryness. Looking forward to see if it will have effects on strengthening my nails and helping my nail growth with longer more regular use.

Earth Harbor Naturals Aurora Superfood Luminance Ampoule – $32

“A soothing, ethereal glow of the Aurora Borealis sweeping across the sky – captured in a bottle! Free from all questionable shenanigans, this superfood elixir is natural, ethically and sustainably made, vegan, cruelty-free, 100% non-GMO, non-toxic, fair trade, plant-based, and free from synthetics, fillers, and nasty chemicals. Made with scientifically proven ingredients, each bottle is produced with love in small batches using therapeutic food-grade ingredients.”

This ampoule contains cannabis sattiva hemp oil, sea greens, grapeseed oil, and neem seed extract meant to nourish, strengthen, and protect the skin from signs of aging. I use this after cleansing and toning and before my moisturizer. I have tried other Earth Harbor products and enjoyed them, and this ampoule is no exception!

Riddle Oil Corp Poppy Oil – $50

“Riddle Oil is a luxury fragrance oil and skincare brand established in 2013 in Venice Beach, CA, by Chelsea Voge. The Poppy Oil is one of seven signature scents and incorporates lovely citrus and floral notes containing orange blossom, lemon, rose, and ylang-ylang.”

This smells AMAZING. The floral and citrus scents are so refreshing and light. I love a scent that is not overpowering, and this one definitely fits the bill. Also love the roll on applicator that makes it so convenient to apply.

E-Resonance Stress Reduction Essentials Deck – $22.66

“From minor challenges to major crises, stress is part of life. While you can’t always control your circumstances, you can control how you respond to them. When stress becomes overwhelming, it can take a toll on your well-being. That’s why it is important to have stress-relieving tools handy for the times you need them most!”

This is a deck of 40 cards with 10 minute self-care practices written on them. At first signs of stress, you can pick a card, and guide yourself through the practice described. I think this is such a great idea and so good to have a deck of stress-relieving practices on hand to help guide us and help us manage stress. Also worth noting is that this deck is a collaboration with 41 female artists worldwide who each designed a beautiful piece of artwork to accompany the practices on each card.

TheraBox Review May 2021 – Final Thoughts

Such an amazing box! I absolutely loved all the skincare products in this month’s TheraBox curation, with the Poppy Oil being my favorite of the bunch. The candle is perfect to brighten up my living space, and I love the stress reduction deck of cards as something to reach for when I am feeling overwhelmed. Inclusion of items such as this deck of cards, and the curation of products with a focus towards wellbeing and self-care is what makes TheraBox so unique amongst other lifestyle and beauty subscriptions. Highly recommend this as a subscription either to pamper yourself or as a gift to someone!
