Out of all of the beauty products subscribers received this month, this is the one I am most excited about. Not only is this a beautiful shimmery body oil, it is actually formulated with ingredients to detox and unclog your pores. I struggle with body acne, and finding a product like this is a home run! I can’t wait to add this to my daily routine.

What a fun and luxurious looking mask! Masking is my personal favorite self care practice because it allows you to take the time to rest and pamper yourself. After a long day, this is the type of mask I would want to come home to. This mask is hydrating, improves fine lines and wrinkles, and leaves your skin feeling refreshed with a youthful glow.

Desert Mystic Goods – Equinox Rose Toner – $18

Toner is my favorite step in my beauty routine for several reasons. They help give you that extra clean feeling and remove any last traces of makeup, balance your skin’s pH level, and are so refreshing. You can also use toners like this one to set your makeup or hydrate your skin throughout the day!

Without Contrast – Boom Chakra Laka – Essential Oil Roller with Gemstones in Namaste – $18

This essential oil roller is absolutely stunning. The gemstones inside of this roller are beautiful, and are meant to help calm you and melt your stress away. Essential oil rollers are small enough to throw in your bag, which makes it easier to combat midday stressors.

Minimo Skin Essentials – Blanc Charcoal Tooth Powder – $14.95

I love a good teeth whitener! I appreciate the natural ingredients in this powder, and hope that it will be just as (if not more) effective as conventional teeth whiteners. I look forward to a brighter smile and a healthier mouth with this antibacterial tooth powder.

Aminnah Skincare – Cosmic Candy Himalayan Bath Salts – $19.99

I hardly make time to enjoy a relaxing hot bath, but it is definitely something I need to do more. I prefer showers, but there is something about a bath that makes you feel cared for. These bath salts work as natural detoxifiers and keep your skin feeling moisturized and smooth. They are also very beautiful and eye-catching!

There’s nothing more satisfying than removing a face full of makeup at the end of the day. These refresher wipes help dissolve traces of makeup, oil, dirt, and dead skin cells all while nourishing your skin. These wipes are travel friendly and easy to use! If I was too tired to do my full skincare routine one night, these are the wipes I would want waiting for me.

I LOVE the idea of a self-care activity card deck! Taking the time to remember the importance of self-care during a busy work week or a stressful week of classes is hard. Life gets chaotic and we don’t take care of ourselves the way we need to. Perhaps we don’t know how to care for ourselves in a way that doesn’t feel like a boring routine. This card deck mixes things up and keeps self-care fun and exciting!

TheraBox Review October 2019 – Final Thoughts

I am very impressed with this month’s TheraBox! Who knew there was such an amazing self care subscription waiting to be discovered!? First impression: TheraBox is INCREDIBLE. For less than $40 a month, you can’t beat the value this box brings. This month’s Cosmic Box included a wonderful variety of beauty products, including skincare, body care, and tooth care products. I can’t wait to get my self care on each day of the month with the 30 Days of Self-Care Activity Card Deck, and I look forward to next month’s box.
