Crunky x One Punch Man

Popular chocolate bar Crunky is back in a limited edition flavour and packaging that comes in 3 different designs. Collaborating with popular series, One Punch Man, Crunky comes in a tasty cookie n’ cream flavour.

Hi-Chew Premium Red Grape

Enjoy the highly fragrant aroma of these extra chewy candies that can only be experienced with this premium series. 98% of the juice used in these Hi-Chews comes from Italian Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Calbee Satsumaimon

A simple but elegant snack, this month we included Satsumaimon, a sweet potato snack. The addition of cream cheese gives this snack a creamy but slightly tart flavour that’s highly addictive.

Dagashi Bag

Enjoy the combination of 4 random dagashi snacks and 1 Umaibo that’ll be included in your box every month. What dagashi snacks did you get this month?

Kinako Mochi Crackers

These light and airy rice crackers are coated in roasted soy flour, special wasanbo sugar and cinnamon for a simple but elegant flavour that melts in your mouth. Pairs best with green tea.

Toppo x Chihayafuru Fruit Tart

The stick snack franchise collaborated with popular manga Chihayafuru to release their popular snacks in fun inspired packaging. This time we bring you the juicy limited edition fruit tart flavour.

Rilakkuma Honey Roasted or Hello Kitty Strawberry Pretzels

In cute character designs that both kids and adults like, this time we bring you stick type pretzel snacks in tasty honey roasted or strawberry flavours.

Pikachu Ramune

A fun flavour changing candy in a cute packaging, this pikachu Ramune can be enjoyed in two ways. Suck on it for the strawberry flavour to change to a melon flavour or chew it for a surprise watermelon flavour.

Disney Tsum Tsum Flashlight Pen

A cute practical item, this pen comes with a flashlight attached to the end. Do you recognize all the characters? Which color did you get?

Jagabee Yuzu Salt

A light summer snack, the popular Jagabee potato snacks come in a simple but refined Yuzu Salt flavour. The refreshing citrus aroma and flavour of the yuzu adds a nice accent to these crunchy chips.

Koume Helly Kitty Ramune

Koume, a popular sour plum franchise released a collaboration item with Hello Kitty. The cute packaging holds heart shaped famune candies that come in fizzy apple soda and refreshing sour plum flavours.

Doraemon Genki Jelly Drink

Doraemon (the 16x champion of favourite character ranking) and his cute sister Dorami chan designs are featured on this month’s drink. A grape flavour jelly drink that can be enjoyed chilled or frozen.

Odangoyasan DIY Kit

Create a cute and tasty miniature wagashi set with this fun DIY snack kit! Mix water and powders in the provided tray and assemble to create your very own wagashi set that’s visually stunning.

 

Chip Star Shinshu Wasabi

Chip Star released a new Shinshu Wasabi flavour to their collection of Japanese chips this summer. Using wasabi powder and paste from Azumino, Shinshu, these chips are sure to add extra heat to your summer.

We also received a bonus item. How fun is that!

TokyoTreat Review September 2017 – Final Thoughts

TokyoTreat does an amazing job every month. I have really come to appreciate this snack subscription thanks to their consistency, price point and variety of items. They include a little bit of everything – salty, sour, sweet, etc. They pack the box full every month and introduce us to some really fun Japanese treats. Oh, and wait until you see the October box. Halloween treats here we come……..
