Unboxing the July 2024 Tranquil Rose Spa Box
Upon first opening the box I was greeted with a bunch of little surprises – including stickers, product cards, and a little sample pack of their men’s shaving line. I always love it when brands include samples or bonus treats – I think it’s such a fun way to surprise and delight customers and it starts the unboxing experience on a high note.
The aqua tissue paper and sticker were really pretty and in hindsight, were a hint at what was to come!
Let’s have a closer look inside the July 2024 Luxury Bath & Body Spa Box by Tranquil Rose:
Everything was wrapped so beautifully, I almost hated to disturb it! But at the same time, it really did feel like a special treat – taking the time to unwrap each product and go through it one by one. It created a unique unboxing experience.
Oatmeal, Milk & Honey Bath Bomb: Includes real oatmeal, milk, and honey to soothe and soften skin. Lightly scented with a creamy, comforting scent. ($8 value). This was a fun surprise! I wasn’t sure what was in this one at first, but I was excited to see that it was a bath bomb! I feel like bath bombs are one of those things I always enjoy using but never think to buy for myself. The calming, soothing scent of this one is going to feel extra nice. Loved it.
Lavender Essential Oil Soap: Made with 100% natural ingredients, this soap features the calming and soothing benefits of Lavender essential oil. ($10 value). First of all, I love lavender, and second – it’s so gorgeous! I hate to even use it because it’s so pretty. But, it will definitely get used because it smells so good. It’s not overpowering, but it’s strong enough to enjoy. I also love the pretty pops of gold and white “confetti” on the top. It almost feels like a piece of art.
Coconut Milk Soap: A natural, luxurious soap infused with coconut milk. It’s popular among those who desire a gentle, unscented soap that nourishes, and cleanses the skin. ($10 value). This soap had a nice earthy scent to it, and was beautifully cut. I loved the intricate details on the top. I’ve heard that coconut milk soap can be good for skin conditions like eczema as well, which one of my kids, unfortunately, suffers from, so I’m grateful for the chance to try it.
Kokum Body Butter: All-natural body butter that contains an abundance of vital fatty acids and antioxidants that can protect, soften, and moisturize skin. Lightly scented with a coconut cream fragrance. ($30 value). I had never heard of Kokum body butter before but was immediately intrigued. I would have loved some more info on the product and its benefits or how to best use it, but I will say it smells absolutely divine! I’m a huge coconut girlie, so this was an immediate yes for me. It has a nice thick texture and doesn’t feel greasy on the skin. It’s a good size too, I feel like this jar will last a while.
Lavender Lip Balm & Sugar Scrub: Packed with lip softening and protecting ingredients, apply the lip balm right after using the natural sugar scrub for amazingly kissable lips. ($10 value). Again with my lavender love language! This is another treat that will pair perfectly with the Lavender soap – I’m here for all of it. The little sugar scrub was so adorable – but I actually appreciate that it can be tossed in my purse and taken on the go.
Soap Saver Bag: The best way to use your bar soap until the very last sliver. Keeps soap dry between uses as well. ($5 value). This was such a thoughtful addition to the box. I’m glad they included it because it will make using the bar soap much more practical. It can even double as a body buffer which is cool.
French Sea Salt Pixie Dust: This one didn’t have a product description or retail value, it may have been a bonus item that isn’t normally in the box which is so sweet and thoughtful, but I wanted to share about it anyway because it deserves a minute in the spotlight! It’s a vial of finely ground sea salt scented with Lily that’s used to dissolve in a bath for relaxation and soothing tired muscles. It’s a nice full 5 oz size and I love the packaging! Eager to put this one to good use for sure.
Spa Box by Tranquil Rose July 2024 – Final Thoughts
What a beautiful artisan box! I was truly impressed by the level of detail that was put into this box. Everything was handmade, but with meticulous, gorgeous attention to detail. It did feel like a luxury experience. I thought it was so nice how everything was individually wrapped and packaged to prolong the unboxing experience. When you order a box that has the word “luxury” in the name, you do expect a sense of luxury, and I think that the team at Tranquil Rose absolutely nailed it.
The value for the price is also quite impressive. Most artisan boxes don’t share the retail values of their products because the value is in the discovery and curation and less about the actual retail value, but Tranquil Rose did, and I have to admit, I kind of love that they did. The value of this box far exceeds the price of the subscription making it a no-brainer.
I would be proud to gift this box to a friend or family member who could use a little self-care or pick me up!
