September always feels like a fresh start to me. The lazy days of Summer have come to an end and everyone is getting back into their routines. I absolutely LOVE it and took it as an opportunity to start fresh with my vitamin routine. So……I am extremely excited to share this month’s VTMN Packs review with you because I have given my vitamin routine a complete overhaul!

Subscription Details

Each VTMN Packs order comes with enough packs to cover you for 30 days, so depending on how often you take your supplements (most of theirs are taken twice a day), the total number of packs you get may be between 30 and 60.

Your month’s supply of daily dose packs come pre-loaded and coiled in a stylish and convenient dispenser box. Inside each box, you will find a personalized supplement chart that outlines all the important information you need to know about your packs and what’s inside. You can choose to get separate morning and evening dispenser boxes or have your morning and evening packs alternate within the same box.

How It Works

1: Take the evidence-based Health Assessment and instantly get a pack tailored to you that’s been assessed and approved by the advisory board.

2: Have a regimen you’re happy with? Add what you’d like to your own custom pack from the wide variety of high quality vitamins and supplements.

3: Your VTMN Packs order is delivered to your door and comes with enough packs to cover you for 30 days.

Here’s a closer look at my September VTMN Packs. I usually focus on one vitamin per review but for September I am going to give you a quick overview of the new vitamins I am taking, and each month going forward I will give you more specific details for one of the vitamins in my pack.

Vitamin D

I don’t spend much time in the sun, or not as much as I should, so when I filled out my health questionnaire they recommend that I add D to my vitamin routine. My Stepmom used to tell me the same thing so we are going to give it a try for the next few months.

 Probiotic

Probiotics can help restore the healthy bacteria in your gut and work to get you on a “regular” routine, if you know what I mean. I think this is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle so a good probiotic is a must for me.

Omega 3

In my health questionnaire I mentioned that my memory isn’t as sharp as it used to be, I kind of blame it on mom brain, but they also recommend Omega 3 because a good quality fish oil supplement has been shown to help improve concentration and reverse memory loss.

Magnesium

Hormonal imbalance has always been something I have struggled with so it was suggested that I take Magnesium. It plays an important role in helping to regulate hormones and can also be calming on the nervous system. I had no idea. I’m excited to give this one a try.

Vitamin C

Now that I am 40 the wrinkles are definitely setting in so it was recommended that I take Vitamin C because it can help reduce the signs of aging. This is something else I didn’t know. So far the health questionnaire has been a HUGE help!

Spirulina

Since I follow a vegan diet I rarely get the recommend amount of protein so this was the last supplement recommended as a result of my questionnaire. The blue-green algae is a nutritional powerhouse and a complete source of vegan protein.

VTMN Packs Review September 2021

I can’t even tell you how excited I am to start my new vitamin routine. It feels like a fresh start for my physical and mental health. My September VTMN Packs delivery has me looking forward to a healthy Fall & Winter. The simple task of getting my vitamins in order has flowed over to other parts of my daily life as it has me wanting to create a well-balanced routine – drinking more water, eating healthy, working out 3-4 times a week……and maybe even spending a little more time in the sun!

Check back over the next few months as I will try to provide you with monthly vitamin updates. Wish me luck:)
