Wantable Review August 2020
Wantable is a personal styling service that uses a combination of expert stylists and technology to handpick apparel or active gear based on your budget, size and style. They kindly sent us this box for review.
I still remember the first Wantable box I ever reviewed on the site. It was WAY back when I first started the blog and their subscription model was quite different back then. Fast forward to today and they are one of the more popular style subscription boxes on the market, and after having a peek at my very first style box I understand why.

Here’s a closer look at the Wantable Style Edit my stylist put together for me this month….
Kensie High Rise Fray Hem Crop
Can my stylist read my mind? I think she can because I have been wanting a pair of fray hem crops for the longest time. I was a little worried when I filled out my style profile and specified my sizes because clothing items like jeans can be so darn picky. I don’t usually have the best luck when it comes to denim but…….I am beyond happy to report that these Kensie jeans fits perfectly. If anything they are a teeny bit big but that makes them oh-so-comfortable.
These are KEEPERS!
Wantable v-Neck Long Sleeve Dolman Top
This top has my name written all over it. The colors, the stripes, the loose fit….I LOVE absolutely everything about it. I will pair it with the Kensie jeans and runners. It will be the perfect mom outfit. Casual and comfortable but if I add the right accessories I will still look put together.
This is a KEEPER!
Z Supply The Reverie Dress
I am very picky when it comes to dresses so this was another item I was a little worried about. But just like the jeans, it is beyond perfect. It’s black (my color of choice) and it’s the perfect length for us moms – think bending, squatting, running all over the house, packing baby around, etc. This style of dress will make me look like I put effort into my outfit all while being new mom friendly. I am going to pair it with a denim jacket, white Adidas runners and I will tie a knot at the bottom just to add a little style.
Oh…..just had another thought….maybe black Birkenstocks and a camel coloured felt hat?

Tart Collections Cory Jacket
This jacket is the perfect example of why I love style subscription boxes so much. If I had seen this in the store I would have only purchased it in black. I wouldn’t have given the white/cream a second glance. But, now that I have it in front of me I am loving the color. It’s unlike anything I have in my closet and let’s be honest….I need to take a break from black every now and then.
It goes perfectly with the grey striped top and the Kensie jeans.

Hazel Mock Neck Tunic
As much as I want to love this tunic it’s just not quite my style. I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I should keep it. I feel like it has a ton of potential if I pair it with the right jeans and shoes. Or maybe if I layered it under a cardigan? Other than that, it fits perfectly, it is very comfortable and it’s a great color for Fall.
This is a MAYBE!
Supply + Demand Beatrice Printed Blouse
Since having baby Steven my daily wardrobe has become way too basic. It mostly includes leggings, sweatshirts, t-shirts and jeans. So, this animal print blouse is exactly what I was hoping to see in my Style Edit. It’s still very comfortable, has a great fit, can be dressed down when pair with jeans and casual shoes but it will make me look put together. A much needed change from my mom uniform (aka – leggings and sweatshirts).

Paige Hoxton High Rise Crop Skinny
These jeans……these jeans…..they are beyond perfect. They are super soft, super stretchy, high rise and they fit me like a glove! I’m actually kind of shocked at how perfect they are. Now I just need to find the right pieces to pair them with. I tried the printed blouse but didn’t really love it. But that is a very minor detail because how can I possibly complain about a pair of jeans that look and feel like they were made for me specifically?!
These are KEEPERs!
Wantable Review August 2020 – Final Thoughts
Oh my goodness! I am absolutely thrilled with my first Style Edit from Wantable. I had high hopes for this subscription and it has exceeded my expectations. My stylist did an amazing job. Out of the 7 items there’s really only one that I’m not totally in love with. Aside from that everything is absolutely perfect. My stylist really took in to consideration my style profile and requests. The items I received are perfect for my lifestyle – new mom, casual style, works from home.
Oh….and we can’t forget about the fact that Wantable has saved me time and money. No need to sped hours at the mall or searching online. I can try things on in the comfort of my own home and I am introduced to pieces I might not have picked out on my own. Is it too early to be thinking about my next delivery?
