White Willow Box Review June 2019

White Willow Box is Canada’s leading lifestyle subscription box for women with a stylish flare shipping across Canada and the US. Every two months you will receive four to five products valued at over $80 CAD. They kindly sent us this box for review.

White Willow Box is one of the most beautiful boxes I receive. It is packaged to perfection, it is consistent and the company itself is amazing. They were recently named “Best Overall Box” in our 1st Annual Canadian Subscription Box Awards, and for good reason.

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the June White Willow Box…..

Tea Towel by Abbott ($18)

When life gives you lemons, dry them with this stylish lemon tea towel. Part of the Davina Nathan Design collection, this 100% cotton tea towel features a striking pattern of vivid lemons in Davina’s unmistakable trademark style. It will definitely brighten and complement any kitchen decor. Can also be used in bread and pastry baskets or picnic baskets.

This gorgeous little tea towel just screams Summer…..and happiness…..and fun. There’s something about lemons that just puts a smile on my face. This will be a lovely addition to my kitchen now that Summer is here. But it’s almost too pretty to use as an actual tea towel, I may use it as decor instead.

Geo Cut Ceramic Votive by Indaba ($18)

These ceramic votives are the perfect accent piece for any space in your home. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. Flickering light and repeated cut out pattern will make your room feel charming. Overall, a stylish and cute ceramic candle holder for your patio and outdoor tables this summer, kitchen tables or coffee tables.

I display candles all over my house so this little votive will fit in perfectly. Subscribers could have received one of a few different colors. Mind is a beige which is the perfect neutral shade. I am picturing it on my living room shelf alongside a cute little succulent.

Peach Lemonade by Gourmet du Village ($5)

Celebrate the warm weather with this perfect cooling drink bursting with the taste of Summer! Easy to make, just add cold water, ice, stir and enjoy. There is nothing more refreshing than a glass of cool lemonade on a hot day. Can be used as a mixer for cocktails using rum, vodka or tequila. Just add a splash of this and twist of that and enjoy.

I am loving the Summer vibes with the June box. First the lemon tea towel and now a peach lemonade drink. This will be nice to have on hand for entertaining. I have a gorgeous lemonade pitcher that I have been dying to use.

Flamingo Wine Charms by Abbott Collection ($5.50)

This assortment of felt flamingo wine charms is as colourful as they are useful – a smart decorative accessory that’s both fun and functional and helps everyone keep track of their glass. Perfect for summer gathering with family and friends.

Ummmm…..how fun are these?! These little flamingos are making me smile. I love the bright colors and the fact that they are made with felt. Lightweight and easy to use.

Gardeners Hand & Body Lotion by Scentuals ($16)

This 100% natural Gardeners hand & body lotion is handcrafted with rich moisturizers and nutrients. Lightweight and fast absorbing, this no-grease, silky soft formula is created with organic argan and olive oil and avocado oil to nourish skin with antioxidants and vitamins. Expertly curated pure essential oils combine for a blend that makes for a peaceful and worry free outdoor experience that keeps pests disinterested.

Scentuals is a really lovely brand. I have received their products a few times over the years and am always happy with them. I love that this particular lotion is 100% natural and that it is fast absorbing. This will go perfectly in my guest bathroom.

Coconut Water Firming Cleanser by Andalou Naturals ($19)

This enriched foaming cleanser gently loosens and lifts away impurities and dull, dry surface cells, improving the appearance of tone and texture with skin-friendly enzymes, vitamin C, and coconut water electrolytes.

Andalou Naturals is another brand I am very familiar with. When it comes to natural skincare this brand is very well-known. I’m still getting use to testing out skincare products (slow and steady) as my skin can be very sensitive. But I do really like that this cleanser is made with vitamin C and coconut water.

Split Pan Bronzer & Highlighter by Manna Kadar ($32.25)

Perfect for that summer glow or all year round! This bronzer is to create a flawless glow or for contouring and the highlighter is for all-over illuminating. Highly pigmented color with a velvet-like texture for flawless application.

White Willow Box did something special this month and included a bonus product. And what a great bonus product it is. The value is amazing and the brand itself is also pretty great. I have used many products from the Manna Kadar line and have always been happy with them.

White Willow Box Review June 2019 – Final Thoughts

The June White Willow Box is giving me all the Summer feels. Starting with the adorable lemon tea towel which will add a pop of color to my kitchen, right down to the lemonade and flamingo wine charms which are perfect for Summer get-togethers. In addition to that, White Willow Box included a bonus item for subscribers this month which was very generous of them. We received a great mixture of products and great value. But this is exactly what I’ve come to expect from White Willow Box.
