GlobeIn Artisan Box #1 Theme Reveal November 2017

With the GlobeIn Artisan Box treat yourself to authentic, hand-made products from around the world that support remote artisans and farmers.

GlobeIn is a mission driven company empowering hard-working people in remote regions to connect to the global market. Their main product is the GlobeIn Artisan Box monthly subscription featuring exclusive, handcrafted products from global artisans. Each box is curated around a monthly theme by their editor to bring you exciting products that make you feel well-traveled and connected with distant cultures around the world.

The theme for the 1st November GlobeIn Artisan Box is: SERVE

Dear Hosts and Hostesses,

When you serve others, you nourish them, and when you serve the ones you love, you also nourish yourself.

Homemade food cooked with love is different than just any food. So too, products handmade by humans and steeped in cultural pride set an earthy, joyful tone to your table.

The products in this box were handmade by artisans hailing from Mexico, Kenya, and India. Your use of their wares builds hope in their communities. Likewise, we hope their work inspires fun new meals and festive occasions around your table

Here is a look at the first item in the Serve box:

Glass Water Pitcher, Mexico (Retail $30)

Material: Hand-blown glass

Dimensions: 10″ x 4″

Suggested use: Fill with water or iced tea, or use as a wine decanter or flower vase!

The GlobeIn Artisan Box offers a themed collection of 4-5 hand-crafted items, including our signature palm leaf hand-woven basket from Oaxaca, Mexico. Each item comes along with a printed story about the artisan who made it. Their goal is to help you discover the world while empowering small producers in remote regions of the world.

Thoughts: When I hear the word Serve I think community and what better way to come together as a community than share a meal and support remote regions of the world. This box is an experience as much as it is a box of wonderful things!
