Boy, do we have something exciting for you for the month of January! A sweet and rich treat that will make your taste buds happy.

We are making a Mocha Cookie Butter Babka! A babka is one of those pastries that need time and patience but the results are well worth the wait!

Traditionally made with a chocolate or cinnamon filling, but we are filling ours with a yummy cookie butter spread (more on cookie butter later).
