RETURNS
All sales are final and nonrefundable once an order has been processed. However, we want everyone to have a great Casely experience & your feedback is important to us. If you have any issues or concerns please let us know.
CANCEL
There are no membership or cancellation fees! Month-to-Month Casely subscribers are billed on a recurring basis every month & can cancel at anytime. If you have prepaid for a 3-month subscription we do not issue partial refunds for any of these subscriptions; however, you can cancel your subscription at anytime to avoid being billed for the next 3-month cycle.
SHIPPING
All subscription boxes are shipped for FREE to anywhere in the United States. Shipping for retail orders under $20 will be a flat rate of $2.95 (U.S.). Retail orders $20+ are shipped for FREE.
We offer shipping outside of the USA for a flat rate of $10 per shipment.
