Ordering and Shipping:
– You can order a Hygge Box anytime. Subscription box orders placed this month will ship between the 15th-18th of the following month.
– Free shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges apply shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
– Boxes ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking information provided. Expect delivery within 3-10 business days after shipment.
Gifting and Subscription Plans:
– Hygge Box subscriptions can be gifted, including a personalized message to the recipient.
– To order a non-recurring subscription, please use the “Gift” section on our website.
– For month-to-month plans, you’ll be charged when placing your first order and then automatically on the 25th of each month.
– Prepaid plans (Quarterly, Bi-Annual, Annual) are charged upfront and automatically renew unless canceled.
Important Policies:
– Ensure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for reshipping costs or can opt for a refund minus our shipping costs and a $20 processing fee.
