We ensure that the small Canadian businesses we partner with use natural ingredients to provide you with the highest quality products. You can rest assured knowing that products are safe for mom + baby.
How much does shipping cost to Canada & the USA?
PreggoBoxes ship free! Orders over $99 ship free! Individual products purchased from the marketplace have a flat rate shipping fee if your cart total is under $99.
Can I purchase products individually?
Yes! We are so happy to offer you the ability to purchase our awesome products individually through our marketplace. If the product you would like is not immediately visible in our marketplace, send us a chat on our website, and we will be able to help you out! You can also message us to add extra products to your order. We are always available to help via our chat function!
Can I build a custom box?
Yes! You can build a box on our website.
When will my order/subscription box ship?
Your first box in the subscription/order will ship within 4-5 business days after your order has been placed. Your subsequent boxes, depending on the subscription purchased, will ship one week before your next trimester begins. Allow 2-5 days from ship date for the box to arrive at your doorstep.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Due to the nature of our subscriptions, we are unable to offer cancellations at this time. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your PreggoBox by emailing us at info@PreggoBox.ca and we will be happy to work with you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Can I customize my PreggoBox?
Absolutely! We would be happy to work with you to swap products from our existing boxes. Come chat with us on the website, and we will work with you to accommodate allergies or to customize your PreggoBox.
