We offer two options on the food front:
1. You can choose your meals by selecting our brand new My Choice technology
2. We select the meals for you by selecting the Chef Choice option.
With My Choice, you can change the meals week to week to adjust those that you don’t like and get the exact meals that you like. For Chef Choice, we select the rotation for you and send different meals week to week.

How does Trifecta work?
1. Select your meals. With Trifecta, you have over 100 delicious meal options to choose from. We believe the best plan is the one you’ll enjoy eating the most- So go ahead and have fun exploring the mouthwatering possibilities! You can make new selections week by week. Stick to your favorites or explore new recipes- you’ve got options!
2. Choose your program in our app. We offer personalized plans for weight loss, muscle gain or maintenance. When you take our quiz, your calorie and macro goals will be calculated to fit your exact needs. Trifecta’s app will guide you step-by-step towards achieving success based on your specific needs. You’ll have the ability to track your progress and log your meals.

Q3. Are Trifecta meals delivered frozen?
Our meals are made fresh with premium ingredients we source from our farms. Our food does not contain preservatives. Once the meals cool down, they are deep chilled, which is a process of freezing the food instantly without losing any nutrients or flavor.

Meals are packaged with ice packs and insulation, so as soon as you get your delivery, you can put them in the fridge. They’ll last seven days in the fridge, or you can freeze some of the meals if you won’t be able to get to them within a week. During the winter months, it’s perfectly normal for meals to arrive almost frozen. This is due to the cold weather conditions that our delivery trucks navigate, hoping to ensure that your food remains at its best quality and flavor until it reaches your doorstep.

Q4. Is Trifecta Environmentally Friendly?
Yes! One of the biggest impacts we have is reducing food waste. The USDA estimates that up to 30-40% of the US food supply is wasted at both the consumer and retail levels. With ready-made meals that can be frozen, we’re reducing the incidence of forgotten food in the fridge and pantry.

To minimize the footprint of our product, we’ve cut out steps in the distribution chain. When you buy your food in a grocery store, a packer buys ingredients from a farmer, processes it, packages it, and sells it to a distributor. The distributor then sells it to a retail store where you buy it. This requires a lot of packing and unpacking of ingredients, as well as fuel costs. With Trifecta, we buy direct from the source, prepare and package it, and then ship the food out to you!

Since the food comes right to your door, you don’t need to drive to a retail store. So, this model further cuts back on “food miles.”

We also aim to source organic, locally, and sustainably as seasons and availability permit.

As for packaging, we have worked extremely hard to provide our customers with green packaging and continue looking for new technology and strategies to reduce our environmental impact. The ClimaCell® panels in your delivery are not only curbside recyclable but also biodegradable.

Our approach is to allow more people to be able to experience the power of consistently eating well, while treading as lightly on the environment as possible.

Q5. How long do Trifecta meals last?
We recommend consuming the food within 7 days of receiving or freezing immediately upon delivery for up to 3 months.

For the best taste, we recommend refrigeration rather than freezing.
