My favorite way to treat myself is to drop a bath bomb into a hot tub, sit back against my plush bath pillow, and settle into my bath with my kindle and a cup of coffee!
for me this is two different answers – to treat myself is a new style hair cut- a new outfit, and lunch with a girlfriend.. Me time is always a little different a bubble bath with a glass of wine,music and the book I’m reading at that time. I get a lot of me time compaired to treating myself.
My favorite way to relax is to draw a hot tub of water with bubble bath or bath salts.
