I just happened to renew my subscription 8/10 so I could catch the Fall season, only two days too late.
If you push purchasing a Seasonal/Annual box to former customers and they renew, they should be able to choose at least something! When you sign up as a new customer, you don’t have to wait until the next Season. IfI has seen that I had passed the customize date, I would’ve just waited to renew. Super Frustrated! ☹️
