Due to the current circumstances While Willow Box has decided to put their subscriptions on hold. Here’s a note from the company….
We will be suspending/pausing our memberships until further notice (for a few months for sure). It has been very challenging trying to keep our standards high and our staff safe during these COVID times.
Many suppliers are either non-responsive, late on shipments or have their own product availability or production challenges. We have ramped up cleaning and sanitizing everywhere, but feel that our family and staff’s safety is more important right now. We feel this will be the best plan for our company and are looking forward to coming back by the end of the year hopefully. We will keep our social media accounts active during this time and keep an open communication with everyone once we know better regarding a return date.
Quick notes:
- Our June Boxes were shipped Friday June 5th.
- We have some June Boxes still available in case anyone is interested, they can contact us directly at info@whitewillowbox.com
- June Boxes are our final box for the time being.
- All active members will receive a cancellation email from us as we manually cancel their plans from our side.
- All members who have already paid for our August boxes will receive a refund.
- All members who are ahead in their payments will also receive a refund.
- Any outstanding Gifts which are still to be sent out will be sent.
- A variety of pre-packed boxes are available on our Amazon shop – while quantities last.
