I am really loving this little box! April’s Beauty Box Five has so far been my favourite, but May’s box is looking pretty cute and tidy as well. Let’s take a look and see what was provided.
Cougar Beauty – 24 Hour Liquid Lipstick
You can never have too many lipsticks, babe! This long-lasting formula will remain flawlessly in place throughout the warmest summer night. Pair with winged liner, a soft cheek, and your favourite little back dress!
This colour is a beauty and I don’t have anything quite like it in my collection yet. It’s the perfect addition. We can get pretty sweltering summers here, so my curiosity is piqued about its ability to last throughout the summer night.

Hello, vacay skin! Buff away roughness and cleanse deeply with this dual-texture scrubber that works for all skin types — even sensitive! The smart label will fade when it’s time to replace.

BB5 Tip: Moisturize before and after liquid lipstick. We love this organic balm because it’s all natural, packed with nutrients, and smells like coconut — perfect to throw in your beach bag!
Lip balms are not just for winter and the ski hill! I’m a little addicted to lip conditioners and keep one at the office, in my purse, by my bed and have a stash in my bathroom at all times. Summer can be just as hard on your lips, if not harder than winter. Keep those baby lips smooth people!
Jelly Pong Pong – Bare Necessities Highlighting Pencil

I use to use pencils like this all the time. They were my staple make up item. I’ve since swayed from them, but this cheeky little guy might just reignite my love for eye pencils!

I love that two eye pencils have been provided, but I’m not a huge fan of this colour. It’s definitely not my colour, but I love the product and it’s use.
Beauty Box Five May 2017 – Final Thoughts
This box is really growing on me, which is saying a lot for someone who doesn’t have the biggest makeup collection or passion for cosmetics. I really love the variety of items that have been provided over the last three months. Lots of the items were things I was hoping to add to my bathroom vanity and many others have been really pleasant surprises! I have found that my willingness to step outside of my comfort zone has increased with this subscription box, which is what they are all about!
