March Box Details
The March BuddhiBox is centered around the theme of abundance. The quote of the month is a great thought starter to bring that theme to life:
“…simple abundance, 1: an inner journey; 2: a spiritual and practical course in creative living; 3: a tapestry of contentment” ~Sarah Ban Breathnach
The winter season quite honestly leaves me feeling a bit depleted. Sure it’s a great time to rest and store up energy but it’s dreary, cold and the days are short. This always leads to less creativity, activity and appreciation for all the good in life. But the arrival of spring changes that – it’s not only a mental reminder that things are always changing but a physical reminder too that our lives really are abundant. Nature tells us that with the arrival of warm weather and new growth everywhere we look. This months box is a great partner to the changing of seasons as it’s contents are great tools for growth and reminders of the abundance always present in life.
Here’s a look at what was in this month’s BuddhiBox:
Lava Stone 108 Mala with Tree of Life Charm ($65)
A 108 mala can be a wonderful tool for inspiration and guidance. This one is made of black lava and colorful stones to help you remove 108 types of trouble from your life, according to Buddhist traditions. The accompanying Tree of Life charm symbolizes abundance. Enhance the lava stones with essential oils and keep this mall with you for protection and as a daily reminder of your intentions.
This is a really pretty and colorful mala necklace that has several great features. For one, malas are a useful meditation tool in themselves as counting the beads helps you create and speak your intentions. The idea is that you repeat your mantra as you follow each of the 108 beads around the necklace which helps manifest it in your daily life. This mala has several sections of rainbow colored beads too whose colors align with the colors that represent each chakra. You can use these beads to focus your mantra on aligning your chakras, or energy sources within your body. When these are aligned it’s said to bring more fulfillment or abundance into your life. The remaining stones on this necklace are lava stones which you can actually infuse with a few drops of essential oils for aromatherapy enhancement to your practice or daily life. Like it mentions above there is a special Tree of Life charm too that symbolizes abundance because as a tree grows it produces seeds which in turn create many more trees. Another good inspiration for a meditative mantra. Of course you can always just wear this necklace as a beautiful piece of jewelry too!
Crystal Crowe Abundance Candle ($14)
Light and delicate, enhanced with citrine and quartz crystals, this Abundance Healing Candle is made of natural soy and comes in a small tin. It’s suitable for your bedroom, yoga studio, or anywhere you need a little extra healing power!
This candle smells so good! It’s aroma is a bit fruity and tart from the raspberry, yet sweet and warm from the vanilla. The added crystals enhance good energies while using. Citrine carries joy and the quartz carries clarity so they are both perfect for bring you uplifting thoughts.
7 Stones Chakra Set ($16)
This lovely set of 7 colorful chakra stones will help with healing, meditation or ritual. Each represents a different chakra and emits positive energy to help balance your aura. Take responsibility for your own healing and use them with your daily rituals crystal grid.
This is a great set of stones to add to or start your collection with. Like it says above, each stone included represents a chakra within the body. Chakras are energy centers within your body that are each responsible for a part of our life force. There are 7 chakras that run in a line from the base of your spine up through the crown of your head. You can use these stones separately to focus on one chakra that might need attention or you can use these in combination with each other for a more powerful meditation.
Seed of Life Crystal Grid ($15)
A crystal grid takes the energy of crystals and joins it with sacred geometry to create combinations to manifest your intentions and prayers. The seven circles relate to the seven chakras. This sacred geometric shape can be used to deepen your understanding of the infinite abundance of life.
I’ve never used a crystal grid before but it’s said to enhance the power of the chosen crystals as it helps connect them through this sacred geometric pattern. There aren’t any hard and fast rules about how one is used but rather it’s a guide that’s lead by the users intuition. You can use any stones or pieces of nature that relate to an intention you’d like to manifest. Lay them out along the grid points in a pattern that speaks to you and either include the process in your mediation or you can meditate on the cumulative effort afterward. The included chakra stones set would be perfect for use with this grid as connecting them all together would enhance their power and help with the alignment within your body.
H2Life Abundance Sticker ($5.95)
We are excited to share this colorful Abundance Sacred Geometry Sticker that adds energy to both you and your water bottle. The pattern includes a structure that simulates the building blocks of life and the beautiful, bright colors work together to heal and increase the vibrations the water in your bottle. Made from recycled materials, these stickers are long-lasting and waterproof.
This fun sticker is intended to be used on a water bottle but you can also use it anywhere else like a laptop or notebook. If you choose to use it on a water bottle the idea is that this mantra can energize the water molecules with good vibrations and in turn enhance the positivity that you consume. The sticker itself is long lasting but also removable and is wonderfully made with recycled materials which makes it even more appealing to use.
BuddhiBox Review March 2019 – Final Thoughts
There is always abundance in our lives, not just during springtime but these BuddhiBox tools arrived just in time for that needed reminder. I like that all the items really hone in on that theme this month, especially the mala necklace and chakra stone set that are intended to help with meditations on abundance. And since they are both chakra related they can be used in a similar way or even together. Really all the tools in BuddhiBox this month are focused on realizing the abundance that already exists in your life and enlightening the idea that you can manifest more of it through your own efforts. I look forward to refreshing meditations on this gratitude through the upcoming season with these tools.
