Degustabox Review April 2018
Degustabox is a subscription food box, jam-packed with brand new, full-sized treats (worth nearly $40) from some of the most exciting brands out there! They bring you delicious new products delivered straight to your door every month. They kindly sent us this box for review.
Here’s a look at the items we received in the April box…..
ALO Spring Aloe Vera Juice Drink
I really liked this Aloe Juice a lot. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the chunks of Aloe in there but once I got used to that all was good!
Popchips Nutter Puffs
The minute my three year old saw these she wanted to try them out!! Now let me start off with I am not a big peanut butter fan unless it is on toast. She didn’t mind them but they really were not my thing. The texture with the flavor of peanut butter was just a bit odd to me … but then again I told ya my love for peanut butter!!
Amazin’ Raisin
First of all with a name like that they have to be good right?!?! Love the flavored raisins … thought this was a brilliant little snack for adults and kids alike!!
Fini Sweets
First off let me just tell you I LOVE candy!! I haven’t met very many that I just don’t like!! The Shock Tongues were probably my favorite but the Mini Kollisions I was not much of a fan of.
La Tortilla Factory
Loved that these tortillas were in the box … we put them to good use with Barbacoa sauce that was also in the box. I enjoyed the fact that they were corn and flour mix, super tasty and nice and fresh tasting as well!!
Angie’s Boomchickapop Popcorn
We eat a lot of popcorn in this house and were super excited to see this in this month’s box!! Loved the cheddar cheese popcorn and the nice little sample bags were so handy to taking on the road!
Zeigler’s Mango Citrus Carrot Juice
This was really tasty, and we loved that it came in the Tetra pack to keep it nice and fresh!
Torie & Howard Chewie Fruities
Love me some chewy candy and these fit the bill!! Not only were they super flavorful and delicious, but they were also organic which is a major plus in my books!!
La Tortilla Factory Barbacoa Slow Cooker Sauce
This was a great sauce … made for a perfect taco night and was super easy to use. Like I said above, great to have this in the box with the tortillas as well!!
Goya Plantain Chips
LOVED these plantain chips!! They were super thin and crispy with the perfect amount of salt. We ate the bag up in a matter of minutes!!
Country Archer Jerky Co.
I am not really sure how I feel about this one. I am a real fan of beef jerky but I am not too much of a fan of spicy stuff. But here is the thing, the spice was kinda addictive after a few bites … not over the top spicy.
Degustabox Review April 2018 – Final Thoughts
Loved the mixture a lot in the month’s box. Got to sample some new products I have never had before which is always fun. Degustabox is truly a super fun subscription box and I always look forward to what they will send the next month!!
