I was so beyond excited to get my hands on the Winter 2022 Empower-Her Subscription Box because I reviewed it for the first time a couple months ago and absolutely LOVED it!

Kootenay Knit Beanie
This beanie is Canadian-made, eco-friendly, certified Fair Trade and made from recycled materials.
I absolutely LOVE to receive seasonally inspired products so this beanie is very much appreciated. I also love the fact that it is grey (a favorite color) and that it is made from recycled materials. It checks all the boxes!
Kind Laundry Stain Remover
This plant-based Vegan Stain Remover bar is perfect for taking on old and tough stains, it’s small size is great to pack for travel.
I’m in the process of setting up my laundry room and am actually in need of a stain remover. The one I previously had was probably 7 years old so I figured it should be replaced. I love the compact size of this one, and the fact that it is plant-based.
Skwålwen Lip Balm
This luxurious lip balm combines organic coconut oil, cocoa butter and peppermint essential oils to condition the lips, leaving them fresh and silky smooth.
I’m not sure if every subscriber received the same lip balm flavour but mine is Cocomint. I have mentioned this many times before but I love anything peppermint scented, especially when it comes to bath & body products.
Empressence Shower Steamers
BREATH is a set of shower steamers formulated to ease congestion and improve airflow through the natural aroma of eucalyptus, peppermint and menthol.
Yes, yes, yes!!! I absolutely adore shower steamers and love to have them on hand. I especially love those that are eucalyptus scented (as these are) and bonus points if they are a blend of eucalyptus and peppermint. I’m thinking I should get a cut little jar to put these in so that I can display them on my bathroom counter. I don’t know about you, but I’m much more likely to use something if it is readily available.
Mama Trade Basket
Custom-made, limited edition for this season of the Empower-Her box. The basket is hand woven with natural veta vera grass straw. You can use as a flower pot holder or for storing small items at home.
This hand-woven basket is so pretty and so versatile. It always feels like a special treat when we receive home decor items because it’s not something we receive often enough (in my personal opinion). I might use this in my laundry room as the cupboards are a slate blue and it will go perfectly. Maybe for my wool drier balls, or to hold extra cloths, cleaning products, etc….
Glow Ritual Oil
This is a versatile product and can be used to achieve a straighter look or support no-heat curls/waves. Just spray into towel dried hair and style as usual.
Hair products are something else I have really been loving as of late. I’m making an effort to pay more attention to my hair so this Glo Dry Serum is much appreciated.
I still need to do a bit more research but from what I can tell you can use this oil to help style your hair rather than using a blow dryer. So…..after I shower and towel dry my hair, I can apply some of this and when my hair is 80% dry I simply use a detangling brush to smooth out the strands or I can put my hair in braids to create a wavy look. I’m excited to try it both ways!
Empower-Her Subscription Box Review Winter 2022 – Final Thoughts
The Winter Empower-Her Subscription Box is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It’s just as lovely as the fall box and it features some really great products. I will get use out of everything we received and I very much appreciate the wintery vibe via the beanie. I’m also really loving the mixture of products – accessory, home decor, cleaning, hair, and bath & body. I think they did a wonderful job and can safely say that this is a new favourite subscription box.
