I have been a Fabletics VIP member for a few years now. I kind of consider myself a Fabletics professional. I am very familiar with the style, and fit of their outfits. I find the sizing to be very consistent. I can pretty much always order the same size in their tanks and capris, but I’m not as confident with their leggings and long-sleeve tops so that is what I wanted to order this month. I’m about 75% confident and want to be 100% confident. I’ll explain in greater detail below.

Reese Outfit

I LOVE running outside in the Winter so this month I was looking for a pair of leggings (as opposed to capris) and a long-sleeve top that offered some warmth.

Emery Cold Weather Half Zip

I have ordered a couple long-sleeve tops in the past but haven’t quite figured out the sizing. Some have been too small and some have been too big. Therefore, I want to spend the next couple months testing out different tops in order to figure out the sizing once and for all. This month I ordered size small. I spent some time reading the reviews and discovered that some customers felt this top ran small. So whats the verdict? Well, the style is definitely fitted, and that’s what I was looking for, but I feel like I maybe could have sized down. The small fits and I will definitely wear it, but I almost want this top to be form-fitting so I can layer a running jacket overtop. Next time I am going to try x-small.

Winn Mid-Rise Legging

I have ordered my fair share of capris over the last few years, but I have only ordered leggings a few times due to the sizing issue. I always order size small in capris and they fit like a glove. But the few pairs of leggings I have in size small are a little baggy in the knees. I was tempted to order an x-small in these ones, but once again the reviews indicated that they fit on the small side so I stuck with the same (size small). In regards to the style, I absolutely LOVE them. The waistband is very flattering, but once again, they are a little baggy in the knees. As with the top, I am going to try x-small next time. I have a bad feeling that I am smack dab in the middle of x-small and small when it comes to their leggings and long-sleeve tops.

Fabletics Review December 2016 – Final Thoughts

You already know how I feel about the sizing when it comes to this month’s outfit, but what about the style? I love it!! I am so pleased with this outfit. The colors, the patterns, the cut of the fabric……everything. The Winn Mid Rise Leggings are my new favourite, I really hope they release them in different colors. And as for the top, my feelings are the same. I love the weight of the fabric, perfect for outdoor workouts, and the fit is very flattering. My only complaint is the size, I wish it was just a tiny bit more fitted. I can’t wait to see what the January outfits look like. I will order x-small this time around and let you know how it goes.
