I have been reviewing Gentleman’s Box for quite some time. I still remember the very first box they shipped, and one thing is for sure….this subscription is consistent. I know exactly what to expect, the value is amazing, and the products are top-notch.

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the May Classic Box….
Trendz Co. Tie ($29)
Trendz Co. is situated in British Columbia Canada. They love to help place the finishing touches on a well planned outfit. Trendz believes that style is what you choose.
This tie is absolutely perfect for Summer. When I think of Summer I think of teal. It’s the perfect complement to any Summer outfit and it goes with a number of different colors and shades.
Gentlemen Essentials Pocket Square ($19)
Gentleman Essentials is a men’s fashion accessories brand that focuses on showcasing products that fit in line with the latest trends while offering unique designs and patterns. Gentlemen Essentials has continuously allowed us to be creative with the pieces we offer each month, including this month.
I like that the pocket square goes with the tie, but that it doesn’t match too well. Does that make sense? I like it when a pattern/color combination makes you stop and think. That’s exactly what this combo does.
Toronto Sock Xchange Socks ($12)
The Toronto Sock Xchange was started by three friends, all based in Toronto. As recent graduates and new to the Finance industry they thought the Toronto Sock Xchange was the perfect idea.
Absolutely loving everything about these socks. The style, the colors, the classic stripes, the quality and the feel. The name is pretty great as well.
Trumbull Rhodes Tie Clip ($15)
Trumbull Rhodes believes that current fashion trends are exciting, but sometimes it’s better to take a step back in time to when quality and materials were superior, lasting a lifetime. They pride themselves in all their collections as much as they take pride in those suppliers who help manufacture their products.
I am so unbelievably happy to see a gold tie clip. Men’s boxes often focus on silver accessories and I prefer to have a mixture.
Veganwear Wallet ($25)
VeganWear launched in June 2018 with the modern gentleman in mind. For the leaders of the board room, rising stars, and happy hour aficionados, wearing high-quality professional wear is a must. Now, that professional wear is cruelty-free and ethically made. A win for you, for the planet, and for the animals.
My husband is in desperate need of a new wallet so this arrived at the perfect time. I love that it is vegan (obviously) and I love the dark shade of brown.

Gentleman’s Box Review May 2019 – Final Thoughts
As per usual I am loving my Gentleman’s Box. All of the items we received will complement my Husband’s wardrobe perfectly. Not to mention the fact that they included a much-needed item (the wallet). The curation this month is on point and the color combination is perfect for Summer!
