This will be our third time reviewing the Premium Box from Gentleman’s Box and it’s safe to say this is their best box yet! We are in love with the theme this season and the value of the box is outstanding. If this is what we can expect from the Premium Box going forward then we HIGHLY recommend signing up for a subscription!

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the Spring Premium Box….
Each season Gentleman’s Box curates the Premium Box around a different theme. This season the theme is – The Good Health Edition.
“We’ve learned from our community that being fashionable and/or stepping up their style game instills more confidence. Well, so does keeping healthy and fit. Sometimes that’s hard to achieve amongst our full-time jobs, parenting children, travelling, etc. When curating this box, we kept that in mind which is why you will see a few items that are perfect for on the go, when travelling, at home or even at the office.”

What an amazing product for a health-themed box! It will measure your weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass and water weight. We like that you can skip the pairing process and I love the sleek black design.
W&P Design Yoga Manual
Are you curious about yoga but don’t know how to get started? Intimidated by all the chanting and deep breathing, or worried that you can’t even touch your toes? Let The Yoga Man(ual) be your guide. This approachable book covers everything from the basics and benefits of yoga to more advanced techniques.
A great book for anyone wanting to learn more about yoga, practice from home, or enhance their current practice. The book includes tips from top instructors, athletes and executives, and it also has stories from regular guys who have gone from yoga-averse to yoga-obsessed.
W&P Design Roller Bottle
We’re fans of anything that lets us carry less stuff around on a daily basis, and the Water Bottle Roller is the perfect example. With a foam sleeve that insulates the bottle and also turns it into a foam roller that’s great for rolling out muscles and joints on the go.
We are HUGE fans of multi-tasking products here at the AYOB office so we will all be fighting over this one. The foam cover is removable and it provides insulation when on the bottle. The bottle itself is made from stainless steel which makes it durable and rust-resistant. It’s slightly oversized but we are told it will still fit in a standard water bottle pocket – very important.
Iffley Road Duffle Bag
Made from durable anti-tearing 600D 100% Polyester for surface fabric with water resistant artificial OVC coated lining.
Definitely our favorite item in the box this season. This duffle bag is absolutely perfect for the gym, but it would also be great for weekend trips. It has built-in extra shoes bag with exterior zippers and air holes. It has one main compartment perfect for clothes, iPad, towels, shoes and other necessities. It also has two front zipped pockets perfect for smaller items like keys, phones, cards and more.
Approach Apparel Weight Resistance Rope
We teamed up with Approach Apparel to create a fitness item that can be used not only at the gym but at your home, office, or whenever on the go.
Resistance bands are a great tool for working out at home, or when on the go. This one is designed for light and speedy mobility, it can be rolled up to stack in your new gym bag. It’s made of durable rubber, it has a protective handle and it is great for all types of fitness.
Soft Landing Cooling Towel
A cooling towel is the ultimate way to beat the heat and provide comfort with your training. Made from performance fabric, this towel cools instantaneously when wet with water, sweat or even wrung out to activate the cooling properties.

This quarter, Tiege Hanley gives you the minimum amount of core products every guy needs to maintain a healthy skincare routine. Sorta like being on the ground floor! A daily face wash and a morning facial moisturizer with SPF 20 are both included in this system, along with a lip balm.
To round out the box we have a skin care set perfect for stashing in your new gym bag or in your travel bag. The sizes are convenient and perfect for travel. The system includes a daily face wash, morning facial moisturizer and a moisturizing lip balm.

This season’s Premium Box from Gentleman’s Box has blown us away. As we mentioned above, this is their best box yet! The health theme was a great idea and the curation of the box itself is on point! We received an amazing assortment of health-related products that not only stick with the theme but are from reputable brands. Great job Gentleman’s Box! We are beyond impressed!
