GlobeIn Artisan Box is a monthly subscription box featuring handmade, ethically sourced products from makers around the world. May’s Enlighten Box is curated “so that you may leap into the pages of your next novel and enjoy the view into another world!”*

GlobeIn has a single subscription option, the Premium Box at $40/month (all prices in USD). Each one is valued around $70 (sometimes more) and includes four to five handmade items from artists from around the world. Subscribers can also choose additional products to customize their box.
Shipping in the US is $10/month; shipping to Canada $22/month (your first box ships free); and international shipping is $25/month.
Each GlobeIn Artisan Box includes a glossy, full-colour brochure with details about each product and the artisans who made it, along with a recipe that pairs well with the theme. May’s recipe is a green tea yogurt parfait with raspberries that’s simple to put together but sounds (and looks) highly sophisticated.

I’d never dream of seeing a piece of furniture in a subscription box and yet here we are. We’ve been using it on the back deck as a side table for our camping chairs and it’s perfect for a book or a couple of drinks. It’s super light so easy to take in and out of the house at night in case of rain and I can see the kids using it in their bedroom in the fall and winter. We love the colour and the design!
Handcarved Soapstone Elephant Bookends, Kenya ($60)

My bestie loved these bookends so I passed them along to her. These aren’t my style but I’d love to see some different ones in another box.
Ombre Brandy Glass (Sunset), Mexico ($16)

This glass is so beautiful and fun to drink from! I only wish there were two of them. GlobeIn sells a wide variety of products on their site that you can add to your monthly box but these aren’t available.
This picture doesn’t do May’s Enlighten GlobeIn Artisan Box justice (our porch is an eyesore!) but it’s another great one. We’ll use the stool and the glass for years and the book ends found their way to a loving home. Total value: $114.
