May Details

It’s our favourite time of year, travel season! This month’s box will not only give our GLOSSIES the essentials that are an absolute must before take off, we are also looking to transport them all over the world.

Bring on the travel-themed beauty essentials! Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the May box…..

Arizona Eau de Parfum – From the storied fashion house comes a truly transportive scent. Just a few spritzes of this innovative blend of white cactus flower and creamy orris brings to mind expansive landscapes, adobe sunsets, and soft mountaintops. Off and away!

Perfume is one of those beauty items I rarely purchase for myself so when I receive it in my subscription boxes I feel like it’s a special treat. I LOVE that this isn’t your typical fragrance counter sample size……it’s a deluxe sample size and that makes me happy. Perfect for your travel bag!

DHC Skincare Deep Cleansing Oil – This Japanese Beauty cult-favorite facial cleanser, which stars olive oil, promises to melt away makeup (including waterproof mascara) and impurities alike while delivering protective antioxidants straight to where you need them most.

I am a HUGE fan of cleansing oil. It not only cleanses your skin, it moisturizes, and it removes the most stubborn makeup. I prefer cleansing oil to regular cleansers. Another travel bag essential……we are on a roll.

John Masters Organics Shampoo & Conditioner – Bring dry, tired hair back to life with these nurturing botanical blends, comprised of strengthening evening primrose oil, soothing lavender, and conditioning avocado oil, which will leave hair shiny and renewed.

No travel bag would be complete without travel-sized shampoo and conditioner. I feel like I have received shampoo and conditioner a few times now but I certainly don’t mind. I also like to have these on hand for the guest bathroom.

LaRitzy Cosmetics Shade Stix in Aloha – Glow on GLOSSIES! This buildable formula gives off the perfect sun kissed glow, regardless of how bright it is. Simply swipe where you want some radiance, blend with fingers, and you’ll be a silky smooth goddess in no time.

This Shade Stix is perfect for hot Summer getaways. Have a beach trip planned? Then this is a travel bag must-have.

Monu Professional Skincare Recovery Balm – Attention jet setters, we’ve got your new go-to. This gentle recovery balm will revive you after a long trip, soothing irritation and reducing inflammation, even on sensitive skin. Packed with restorative ingredients, like evening primrose oil, blackcurrant seed oil, and cassia alata leaf extract, this skin-loving cream also calms skin from elemental damage and harsh dermatology procedures.

Hmmmm……this is interesting. At first glance I wouldn’t see it as a travel bag essential but after reading the product description it makes perfect sense. I don’t know about you but traveling takes a toll on my skin. I feel like this will be kept close by on my next vacation.
