HIITit is a subscription service for daily workouts. Every single day you will have a 12 minute workout right at your fingertips delivered to your inbox, so you will never have to wonder what workout to complete. HIIT workouts can be done ANYWHERE with NO equipment! They are fast, convenient, and motivating. A Year of Boxes purchased the 30-day challenge for this review.

You guys, I am SO excited about today’s review. I have been waiting for almost a month to share this with you, and it was killing me. However, I wanted to give this subscription service a month trial before sharing my thoughts with you. In the beginning of January I purchased the 30-day challenge, so for the last month I received an email every morning with my 12 minute workout for the day, and let me tell you….. I have been LOVING IT! No gym, no equipment, easy to follow, and most importantly……fast!

Here are the specifics:

  • What You Get: Every day you will have a 12 minute workout delivered right to your inbox. They will always show 2 different versions for every exercise performed, making it universal for all fitness types to complete and are available to answer any questions you may have! These workouts can be completed absolutely anywhere there is wifi, so you will always be able to fit your daily workout into your busy schedule. And the icing on the cake!? These workouts will leave you more energized, strong, and feeling amazing!!! Each workout is 12 minutes long, and is made up of 4 different exercises – 3 rounds of 4 exercises
  • Cost: $25 per month or $250 per year
  • What You Need: Access to WiFi, and a small workout space

So, before I give you my final thoughts on my first 30 days of doing HIITit workouts, I figured I should give you my fitness background.

I’ve had a gym membership since I was 15 years old (that is a VERY long time) and I have been working out on a daily basis since then. In my early 20’s I worked at a gym full-time, was a weight trainer, nutrition coach, and aerobics instructor. I would teach 1 to 3 classes a day. Basically I am a fitness junkie, and I NEVER imagined myself not having a gym membership. But, at the end of 2016 I went through some life changes and found myself wanting to spend less time at the gym and more time on the important things – my new business, my new relationship, family, and friends. So……I cancelled my gym membership and took a chance on this HIITit concept. I’m not going to lie, I was kind of freaking out. So…..how did it go?

Final Thoughts: I am in LOVE with my HIITit subscription. I completed my workouts everyday (except rest days) and threw in the occasional walk. I  kept my eating the same, and kept everything else the same. Here’s what I noticed……I lost fat and gained some muscle. I know this because I gained 2 pounds (please keep in mind that I am very little to begin with, and probably needed to gain weight). I gained muscle definition in my stomach, butt (yes, my butt) and arms. I was motivated to complete the workouts every day because I knew they were only 12 minutes. I found them very challenging, but not overwhelming. I was able to do them in my living room which meant no drive-time to the gym, and I got them done in the morning leaving the rest of the day to think about anything BUT working out. So far I am a huge fan. I will continue with this subscription for at least another few months (if not a year) and updated you on my progress. I didn’t want to overwhelm you with too many details in this first review so I will get more specific each month.

If you have ANY questions please feel free to leave them below. I LOVE talking about fitness and would love to answer any questions you have. I think this fitness concept is definitely worth checking out. Everyone has 12 minutes they can spare each day. I do workouts in the morning and reward myself with a big ol’ coffee and canned coconut milk afterwards…….it’s lovely:)

XOXO
