I have REALLY been loving my Inspired Go deliveries the last few months and at some point it might end up being something I order weekly. Right now I get one delivery a month and I always end up wishing I would have placed an order on the weeks it doesn’t arrive.

Here’s a closer look at the items in my November Inspired Go box….

Autumn Harvest Salad: This salad combines great fall textures and flavours. Not only does it feature fresh ingredients at the peak of their season, it also combines Brussels sprouts and beets, which are denoted among the healthiest vegetables around. Tossed together with a homemade honey mustard dressing, you will be able to close your eyes and feel comforted by the taste and smell of autumn food. This salad is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals like iron, potassium, and Vitamin C. It features quinoa and hearty ingredients so that you are left full and satisfied.

INGREDIENTS: greenhouse lettuce • quinoa • arugula • roasted brussels sprouts • roasted beets • dried cranberries • pear • candied seed mix • homemade honey mustard dressing

UPDATE: I made the Autumn Harvest Salad for lunch today and would highly recommend it! Arugula is a fave and the flavor was wonderful! Fresh and crisp. I also loved the roasted brussels sprouts and roasted beets. The quinoa adds a little protein and overall the salad was so darn good!

Rainbow Bowl: Different-coloured plants are linked to higher levels of specific nutrients and health benefits. Increasing your intake of different nutrients will benefit various areas of your health. This vibrant bowl is packed with all of the colours in the rainbow to boost your body and keep you full for hours! We feature a delicious quinoa mix with our homemade broccoli slaw with kale, broccoli stalks and red cabbage. The lemon tahini dressing is finger-licking good, especially when it is topped on carrots, beets, pickled onion, edamame, and yellow pepper. A few simple ingredients lead to big, colourful flavour in this healthy bowl!

Apple Granola Salad: Apple season is here, and with it comes a delicious new salad on our menu. We are completely smitten with the idea of this crunchy homemade granola in place of your typical salad croutons. We learnt a long time ago that every salad needs crunch, and introducing the granola does that in a way that you can’t achieve with croutons or crunchy vegetables. Toss in the unique taste profile of the chopped fennel and the creamy flavour of the goat cheese, and you have yourself a darn good salad. We topped this one with dried cranberries for sweetness, and we dressed it with a delicious maple rosemary dressing that is mouth-watering and unique. We are excited for this one to be the next staple on the menu. Don’t miss out!

Chocolate Overnight Oats: Say hello to this new snack and breakfast item! We deliver this chocolatey treat ready-to-eat – all you have to do is grab it and go. We modelled this flavour after a delicious brownie treat so that you can reward yourself for eating healthy. Each cup is made with Bob’s Red Mill gluten free oats, vanilla oat milk, and some added spices and sweeteners for flavour. Oats contain a lot of fibre which help you power through your day! Instead of grabbing a mid-day coffee, an oat cup will stabilize your blood sugars so that you have lasting pick-me-up effects. Topped with dried cranberries, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, and hemp hearts, there is no shortage of snacking power here! Order and store in the fridge for up to five days so that healthy snacks are close at hand.

INGREDIENTS: oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, cocoa powder, unsweetened vanilla milk, agave syrup, dried cranberries, semi-sweet chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, coconut, hemp seeds

Rosemary Pesto Gnocchi: Enjoy cut and ready butternut squash that you roast to release the flavours. It is sweet and delectable when paired with the homemade rosemary pesto. The kale and shallot give you a boost of nutrients and offer flavour and texture with every bite. All of the ingredients are prepared and ready for you. There is no shopping and no chopping so that you can take back your evening. This meal comes with gnocchi that you simply add to the sheet pan with the rest of the ingredients. Everything is topped with parmesan cheese and bacon bits for added protein and flavour. This meal is filling and serves 2 people as a full meal or 4 as a side dish with protein. It is the perfect recipe as we head into colder weather!

Inspired Go Review November 2022 – Final Thoughts

For this month’s Inspired Go order I went with 2 of my faves (Rainbow Bowl and Overnight Oats) and I decided to try 2 seasonal menu items (Apple Granola Salad and Autumn Harvest Salad) and…..I was really excited to try their new sheet pan meal! I say this in every review but the Rainbow Bowl is a MUST, as are the Overnight Oats. I tried the Apple Granola Salad yesterday and will definitely be adding it to my list of faves… was SO good!

Inspired Go is one of my must-have subscriptions. It is so nice opening up the fridge and having a selection of convenient, healthy lunch options. I truly do love this subscription.
