Kinder Beauty Box Review November 2019

Kinder Beauty is a vegan and cruelty-free makeup, skincare, hair-care and accessories box, curated with kindness and delivered to your door each month! They kindly sent us this box for review.

Each Kinder Beauty box is packed with $75-$165 worth of carefully-curated, totally cruelty-free & vegan skincare, makeup, hair-care and/or accessories. You’ll get at least two full-size products in each box, and every month they’ll help you discover new brands to fall in love with!

They work to be as eco-conscious as possible with their packaging by shipping in boxes made from 100% recycled materials that are both biodegradable and compostable along with packing materials inside the box that are also made from 100% recycled materials, and even the ink used to print the logo and designs on the outside of the box is an eco-friendly soy-based ink.

A portion of all sales benefits some of their favorite animal rights and environmental causes such as ASPCA, Farm Sanctuary, Los Angeles County Animal Care Foundation and Compassion Over Killing.

Subscription Details

There are three subscription plan options for Kinder Beauty Box:

• $24/month for a month-to-month subscription
• $66 or $22/month for a 3 month subscription
• $239.40 or $19.95/month for a 12 month subscription

Shipping is free for US customers. For international customers, there is an additional $5.95 per box fee for shipping and handling. New boxes are shipped by the 18th of each month as long as the current box hasn’t sold out. If it’s happened to sell out, new subscribers will be added to the list for the following month’s box.

November Box Details ($85 total value)

This month’s Kinder Beauty Box is all about the make-up! It’s full of items to spice up your make-up routine this time and I love it. Sometimes this box includes more of an assortment of skin, body, hair or makeup but this time they’ve focused on the face. It’s fun to be kept on your toes each month!

Box Insert

The box insert is so helpful in giving a quick guide to what’s included while being visually appealing too. The design changes each month and this one feels very festively fall!

HAN Eyeshadow (Romance or Decadent) ($15)

I really like HAN Eyeshadows. They come in great neutral colors that would work with and enhance any skintone. There were two shade options to receive this month and I got Decadent. It’s a brown-ish, coppery, rose-gold color with a hint of shimmer. It looks dark in the pan but applies lighter and more pinky on skin. I love this color for fall and will be wearing it a lot.

Chella Lipstick Pencil (Nude or Rose) ($20)

“Hello. Slip your lips into this luxurious creamy Chella Lipstick Pencil with a high color payoff. This Silky-Matte formula is drenched in Vitamins C & Eand Sunflower Oil, is waterproof, non-feathering and long wearing for up to 6 hours. Beautiful.”

I’d never heard of this brand so it was fun to discover. This is their matte lipstick pencil and there were two color options to receive – I got “Rebellious Rose” and it’s a great neutral pink color. It looks kind of like a natural lip color but with a hint more pink. It glides on really smoothly, like I was almost surprised at how soft it felt. It has a light peppermint scent to it too, which is nice. This is a great every day lipstick.

100% Pure Dual Ended Eyebrow Brush ($19)

“This 2-in-1 eyebrow brush from 100% Pure can apply brow tints and pomades (or liquid eye color) with a precisely angled brush tip for shaping and refining. Perfect for filling in your eyebrows with powder or gel, which will help define your tail and patch up any sparse areas. Finish by brushing, taming, and evenly distributing pigment to brows with the spiral
spoolie brush.”

It was like they read my mind! I was just thinking about how I needed a new eyebrow brush and then one shows up in this box. So perfect! And I really like the 100% Pure brand so that’s even better. I use one of these every day to apply brow pomade so this will get a lot of use for sure.

Chella Eyebrow Pencil (Light Brown or Taupe) ($20)

“Hello. This European designed mechanical pencil has a creamy consistency that glides into place and can be lightly blended for a truly natural-looking finish. Complete with a retractable precision fine tip and brush attachment. Finish with Chella’s Eyebrow Defining Gel (not included) and Chella Highlighter (not included) for everything you need to “Wow your Brows”, Beautiful.”

Another product from Chella and I guess they originated as a brow product company so trying one of their brow products is great! There were also two color options to receive on this product and I got the Taupe color which is perfect for my brows – how did they know?! It’s a light brown color with cool undertones. The pencil is the twist up type and is a very thin tip so it’s great for super precision. My brows definitely need help with fill so I will be using this one a lot.

PHB Ethical Beauty Organic Eyeliner (Black) ($15)

I love black eyeliner, it’s really the only color I wear! I usually wear liquid eyeliner but I like having a pencil for more smokey looks when I’m feeling it. I’d say this is a soft black color, but black none-the-less. This eyeliner is made with organic ingredients formulated to be gentle and nourishing to the delicate eye area. It applies relatively smoothly and doesn’t smudge.

Kinder Beauty Box Review November 2019 – Final Thoughts

This Kinder Beauty Box might be my favorite one yet! It’s so fun that it’s full of just makeup this time and not only that, but they are all full sized items this time too which is awesome. Such a great deal! Sometimes when there are two color options of an item to receive I get the one that would be my second choice, but not this time. It’s like the colors were picked just for me – I like them all so much! This box definitely keeps me on my toes which is fun. I wonder what assortment of items will come in next months Kinder Beauty Box!?
