Living a more sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle is important to me, but it can also feel a bit overwhelming at times. I love that Let’s Go Eco curates such a wide variety of luxurious, low-waste products across categories such as beauty, home, health, wellness, and even fashion.
It definitely makes going green a lot more fun and takes all of the guesswork out of trying to find quality products.
They kindly sent us this box for review.
This quarterly box feels like a treat for myself – nevermind the bonus impact the products inside are having on our environment. That’s a double win!
I’d also love to give a special shout-out to the owner, Tanya, who took the time to include a very sweet note in my box, congratulating me on buying A Year of Boxes and wishing me well with this business. It made my day, but it also speaks to her kind heart. I love supporting businesses that are run by women who truly care about others. It shows all throughout the customer experience.

Unboxing the Spring 2024 Let’s Go Eco Box
The theme for the Spring 2024 box is “You Can Grow Your Own Way” – it includes a consciously curated collection of garden and floral earth friendly items that remind us of spring. The value of the box is $160 and supports 7 indie, earth-loving small businesses. Let’s Go Eco reminds us that small businesses are charting the future of sustainability and driving innovation at a global level. I love that we can support so many so many small businesses through this one box.
It was definitely giving glorious spring vibes! Here’s a closer look at the 8 items we received.
Fairtrade Artisan Made Hanging Basket from Pokoloko (ON, Canada) – $40
This basket is beautifully made with natural and recycled materials. I love the neutral color palette, it would look gorgeous in almost any room. It can be used for hanging plants or holding other valuables – such as a cell phone station for the family. I’ve always wanted to create a drop zone for devices and I feel like this basket could be the perfect option to keep them out of site while adding beauty to the space. Each basket is handmade by Indonesian artists as well. I love the versatility of this one!
Fairtrade Hand Carved Mango Wood Salt Cellar from Matr Boomie (TX, USA) – $40
Ok, this might have been my favorite item in the box this quarter! I have always wanted a salt cellar, but this one is even more beautiful than any that I’ve looked at. It has a swivel lid and is handcrafted. I can’t even begin to imagine how much time it must have taken to hand carve this beautiful floral vine design. It’s so intricate! It’s a really decent size too, so if you’re not into using it as a salt cellar, it could also be used for jewelry or other small treasures. I feel like it could even be used as home decor on its own.
Hand-Harvested Sea Salt from Vancouver Island Sea Salt (BC, Canada) – $8
The perfect companion for our salt cellar! This is a generous sized jar of all natural salt crystals. The company hand harvests their salts with respect for the environment. I love that there aren’t any additives or chemicals added. The crystals make a great gourmet finishing salt for both savory and sweet dishes. I imagine it can also be ground or added to a salt grinder to be used at mealtime as well.
Rhubarb Clay Soap from SaltSpring Soapworks (BC, Canada) – $7
Yes, yes, yes! I’m a huge sucker for anything rhubarb! This one did not disappoint! It has such a unique, yummy scent. The rhubarb isn’t as strong as it blends with the natural clay scent, but it’s still delicious and leaves my skin so, so soft. I’m excited to checkout other scent options from this family owned company.
Lip Liner by Elate Beauty (BC, Canada) – $25
This lip pencil is made with Vitamin E and rice bran oil. It’s 100% vegan and cruelty free, making this a true clean beauty treat. I absolutely love this shade and found it to be excellent quality, and long lasting. I’ve worn it both as a standalone lipstick and as a lip liner with another lipstick and both times it has lasted and looked gorgeous. I think this is such a simple swap to make and I’ll be getting rid of all my other old lip pencils.
Aluminum Sharpener – $6
I loved this thoughtful addition to the box – it’s an aluminum sharpener to go with the lip pencil and could be used for other beauty products that need sharpening as well. It’s clearly great quality and I love that it’s plastic free. Again, another really easy beauty swap to get us one step closer to living a more eco friendly, low waste lifestyle.
Reusable Snack Bag from Colibri (MB, Canada) – $10
This was another fav from this box and gave total spring vibes! It’s a nice large size, lined inside, and can be used for a variety of snacks such as sandwiches, popcorn, sliced veggies, or crackers. The best part is you can flip it inside out and machine wash it! I was really excited to see this in the box and have already started to make good use of it. Thank you, Let’s Go Eco!
Fine Pruning Snips by Seattle Seed Co. (WA, USA) – $10
How cute are these little guys? They’re super sharp (ask me how I know!) and are the perfect small size to harvest herbs or prune small plants. I also think they’d come in really handy in the kitchen! Although, I’ll have to figure out a safe way to store them so little hands that help in the kitchen don’t get poked. They’re made with removable stainless steel blades that can be replaced or sharpened which is very cool because they’ll seemingly last forever!
Let’s Go Eco Review Spring 2024 – Final Thoughts
Receiving this box was such a treat! I think they did a fabulous job curating the contents and I really loved the assortment of spring themed items. It was such a nice mix of helpful, useful products that will absolutely be put to good use. Beyond that, it feels really good knowing that we’re supporting so many small, sustainable businesses. What an enormous impact. I can’t wait to see what’s in the next box!
No matter if you’re already embracing an eco-friendly lifestyle or if you’re curious about it – Let’s Go Eco is the perfect subscription to explore a variety of luxurious items that you can feel good about receiving and using. This was a fantastic box and I’m already counting down the days until the summer box comes out! Have you tried it yet? Let me know in the comments.
