Lillypost Review July 2022

Lillypost is a monthly book subscription box that sends children’s books to your door! Each month, tiny fingers will discover carefully curated books, a note, and stickers for fun! They kindly sent us this box for review.

If you have littles at home I highly recommend a subscription to Lillypost. Receiving books in the mail every month is a great way to encourage reading, it keeps your little one’s library up to date, and it’s an exciting surprise. We just absolutely love it!

Lillypost was founded on the idea that reading is fundamental to the development of every child. The love of books and learning starts early in life and what better way to ignite that love, than a child receiving an entirely new set of books every month? Discover books for the special little one in your life from newborn to 7 years old at up to 70% off retail price!

What You Get: Each box includes 4 board books or 3 picture books (or a mix of both!) to engage and entertain.

Lillypost Gives Back – For every box that is purchased, Lillypost will donate one book to a child in need through various charities.

Here’s a peek at the books I received in our July Lillypost box……

Where is Baby’s Beach Ball: It’s summertime, and Baby is looking for her beach ball, but where can it be? Little ones can lift the large, sturdy flaps in this board book to reveal pretty seashells, crawling crabs, and more!

A cute little book, perfect for Summer, and Steven will love lifting the flaps.

Grumpy Monkey’s Little Book of Grumpiness: Everyone is grumpy sometimes….

This is the cutest book. Monkey is grumpy and we go through all sorts of things to try and make Monkey happy. In the end all he needs is a friend and some quiet time.

My First Book of Opposites: Join these colourful animal friends! High and low! Big and small! Can you find all the opposites?

How it Works – Rocket: Rockets are amazing machines. Take a look inside to find out how they work! Layered die cuts and simple text make this the perfect book for littles ones to learn all about rockets and space travel.

Steven loves anything that moves and he also likes to figure out how things work so he is going to love this book!

Lillypost Review July 2022 – Final Thoughts

Our July Lillypost box brought with it a fun mixture of books. I especially love the beach book because seasonal reads are my favourite. I have mentioned this before but we get a ton of use out of our Lillypost subscription and I love that we get to add to our library collection every month. This will always be a favourite.
