Subscription Details
Lip Monthly is a monthly subscription box that sends you four or five different lip products. When signing up for a subscription you can choose which plan is best for you. Plans start as low as $11.45 USD a month (yearly membership). The products you receive range from niche to big brands and all product types including, lip masks, glosses, matte lipsticks and more. It’s a very easy way to learn about all the cool brands out there.
A great added bonus to Lip Monthly is that they also have a rewards program. All you have to do to earn points are tasks like refer a friend or share on social. Then once you reach 500 points that’s $5!
In the December 2018 Lip Monthly box I received four products that total to the retail value of $56.49. All the products came in the super cute pink and purple printed pouch with a product list card for more information.
Sorme Lip Liner in Natural Nude – $13
The first item in December’s box is this gorgeous nude lip liner. The Somre Lip Liner in Natural Nude is a great choice for everyday wear. The product itself is easy to apply and has a cool squared-shaped tube. I would wear this alone all over the lips or to add definition before topping with your fave nude lipstick.
Bellapierre Lipstick in Incognito – $20
Speaking about favourite nude lipsticks, I just added a new one to the collection and that’s this Bellapierre lipstick in Incognito. First things first, when I opened this lipstick I was instantly drawn by its sweet scent. Then once I put it on I was hooked. It is such a beautiful browny-nude shade and it is so comfortable on.
Laritzy Lip Stix in Plum – $20
Next up is this Lartizy Lip Stix in Plum. Can we just take a moment to appreciate this shade? It’s such great plumy-mauve colour. What I really like about this product is that it’s buildable. With it’s satin finish you can add just a hint of colour to a full on pigmented lip. It’s a really great versatile product!
Noyah Organic Lip Balm in Vanilla – $3.49
And to help keep your lips super soft during these cold months is the last product in the pouch – the Noyah Organic lip balm in Vanilla. This may just be the creamiest lip balm I’ve ever tried. The product just glides on and is so so so comfortable to wear.
Lip Monthly Review December 2018 – Final Thoughts
The December 2018 Lip Monthly box is a total hit. I’m a big fan of all four of these products and loved the variety I got in the box. Like I said at the beginning of this post, if you like lip products this is probably the box for you. With the number of products you get month after month you have lots of amazing brands and types of products to test out for yourself. Highly recommend!
