Loti Wellness Box Review March 2021

Loti Wellness Box is a Canadian subscription box that offers practical skills and products to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your overall wellbeing. You will find in your box 5 to 8 quality wellness and lifestyle products to remind you to take the time for self-care in all different aspects of your life. Coming along, there is a workbook filled with therapeutic activities and guided materials related to the month’s theme.

Depending on your preference, you can receive Loti Wellness Box every month or bi-monthly. The cost per box is $49.95 + $7.99 for shipping for Canadian and $10.99 to the contiguous US (the prices shown are in Canadian dollars). Every box has a retail value of approximately $85 or more, so it is totally worth it. If you get hooked like I am, you should go for one of the prepaid options (3, 6 or 12-month).

First, I must say that this box is a second “March review”, and it is normal. Things changed recently, and now the month of the box refers to the month it was shipped. So, this one was in the March 25 shipment, so it is also a March box. This month’s theme “Relax, Unwind” which is related to the last box’s theme Stress Buster. Finding new ways to relax and unwind is excellent to deal with stress. Loti Wellness Box kindly sent me this box for review, and I am pleased to share my thoughts with you on the items and the mini-workbook I received.

Beetroot Blend – Blume

Beet is one of my favorite veggies. I especially craved it when I was pregnant with my first boy and still frequently eat some. I love the taste but also all the good benefits that Blumes latte also have. This specific Blume’s blend is formulated to boost energy and help repair naturally. So, it is a good after workout drink. You can mix one portion to the drink of your choice and enjoy. A bag contains 25-30 servings so that bag will be more than enough to see if I like it and want to buy more. I will also check the suggested recipes with the Beetroot Blend. The red velvet hot chocolate sounds like a good idea…

Bamboo Hair Brush – BKIND

So happy to receive another product from BKIND. I loved the konjac sponge last month and that hair brush looks perfect for me. I have waist length hair and prefer big brushes exactly like this one to detangle my hair in the morning. This environmentally friendly brush is also said to produce less static, a problem I have with my current hair brush. That is a great advantage as well as the hair conditioning and massage effect with the soft bristle. My other brushes might soon collect dust with this new one.

Rose Illuminating Glow Peel Off Mask – Skin Chemists

“A skin rejuvenating peel off face mask treatment to help exfoliate dead skin cells and reveal a youthful and smoother complexion. Skin is glowing, illuminated and refreshed.”

It smells so good! Since you need to keep the mask for 15 minutes, I find it important that the fragrance is not too strong. I gave it a try on my hand and had no negative reaction and found the peel relatively easy to remove (even if I had not put enough product).

The Little Box of Calm

These are so needed right now. Getting through everyday stress of dealing with work, the kids at home, trying to motivate them to do their schoolwork, doing my best to deal with everything, I do need a little peaceful time and calm in my day. These beautiful phrases are going to be a nice highlight. There is a wooden stand provided with the cards to keep the card of your choice close by and easy to see. It reminds me of the wonderful Character Strength Mantra Cards made by Loti I received in the May 2020 box. The Little Box of Calm will join these on my work desk so that I can pick one when needed.

Bath Bomb – Naturally Vain

A good way to melt away stress is most certainly a hot, relaxing, bath. Add a few candles, soft light, a bath pillow, some spa music and your bathroom will turn into a little spa. A great addition to the ambiance is bath bombs. They smell nice and are quite captivating when they start to fizzle in the water and make swirls of colours. I find it quite relaxing. The bath bomb I received has a lavender, vanilla and strawberry scent. The perfect bath bomb for a bath before going to bed. Also, Naturally Vain is a Canadian company I love for their natural vegan products.

Relax, Unwind Mini-Workbook

This theme is a perfect addition to last month’s workbook about stress. We find in this one 5 relaxation techniques, and the fifth technique is suggesting 3 different activities. I already knew most of them, but it made me realize that I had not done many of those in the past few weeks. I need, more than ever, time for myself to unwind, and not only by watching TV shows, but really focusing on my body and how I feel. To make sure I put those techniques to good use, I will add relaxation time in my calendar. Even on a busy schedule, 20-30 minutes should be doable.

Loti Wellness Box March 2021 Review – Final Thoughts

I cannot get enough of Loti Wellness Box! It has everything I need and provides items that help me go through every month. The workbook also creates a great opportunity for self growth and learning. This month’s box offers a great mix of items and my favourite is the Little Box of Calm with the comforting quotes that are good for the soul. The Beetroot Blend looks very promising, and I liked that it is a big pouch so I will be able to try it in different recipes. The hair brush and the mask will be added with pleasure to my routine and the bath bomb will be perfect for a nice moment of relaxation, of which I am very much in need of.
