Medusa’s Makeup Review November 2021

The Medusa’s Makeup subscription box is a monthly cruelty-free beauty box. Each of their monthly boxes is curated by members of the Medusa’s Makeup team. Each vegan beauty box contains five full-size products–and shipping is included. You can rest assured that each beauty box product is vegan and 100% cruelty-free. They kindly sent us this box for review.

I seriously need to up my makeup game so I have really been enjoying my Medusa’s Makeup deliveries. October was my first experience with the Medusa’s Makeup subscription box and while the October items were a little more “out there” and better suited to Halloween or special occasion makeup applications, I still got a good feel for the box.

The November collection is a little more toned-down, and definitely my speed. I’m actually really excited about it.

Here’s a closer look at the November Medusa’s Makeup box….

Tinted Lip Balm

Available in 6 shades. The perfect balance between balm and lipstick you’ve been craving in six slightly sheer shades.

I am a huge fan of tinted lip balm so I was happy to see this in the November collection. I’m still not comfortable wearing full on lipstick as of yet (maybe the odd time) so a tinted balm is much more my speed.

Afterglow Facial Serum

A refreshingly hydrating blend of grapeseed oil and pink grapefruit oil. Slightly astringent but fully nourishing.

I’m still becoming familiar with the Medusa’s Makeup brand and didn’t know that they had skincare products in addition to makeup. This is very exciting because I love testing out face serums. This one is made with grapeseed oil and grapefruit oil. I am very intrigued.

Makeup Remover Pad

I have officially stopped using disposable makeup wipes (yay me) so this arrived at the perfect time. This adorable little remover pad will be perfect for my eye makeup and then I can use my bigger cloths for the rest of my face.

Baked Eyeshadow

Color description: Baked shimmer with rich pigment.

Highly-Pigmented and silky smooth powder. Applies and blends evenly. The long lasting and shimmering colors can be worn wet or dry.

How to Use: Apply Stick It! eye primer to get a more dramatic effect or use Eyeliner Seal to create liquid eyeliner. Then apply eyeshadow as usual. Can be applied to eyes, lips & face.

I just can’t get over how pretty this eyeshadow is. I am really going to need to check out the other colors because eyeshadow is something I love playing around with. I’ve been known to wear all different colors (pink, green, pruple, etc….) but I’ve been slacking as of late.

This gold color is very pretty and you can create a subtle look by applying just a small amount.

Peony – Pink Glow

Lastly we have this luminizing stick from Peony. It is a foolproof, gel based crayon that instantly delivers soft-focus, lit-from-within color. You apply it to your cheekbones and blend with your ring finger. I am very excited to try this!

Medusa’s Makeup Review November 2021 – Final Thoughts

I am absolutely LOVING the November Medusa’s Makeup collection and am wondering why it took me so long to start sharing this subscription with you. Makeup is such a fun little treat to receive in the mail. Take the November box for example – it has me wanting to go test out all the items the moment I’m done writing this review. I can’t wait to play around with the luminizer and the eyeshadow, and I know that I will wear the lip tint often and use the makeup remover daily. For only $18.95 per month, I think this would make an amazing little gift to yourself!
