**Nature’s Wellness Box kindly sent me this beautiful box for review**

I have loved all the Nature’s Wellness Boxes to date, so cannot wait to see what this box has to offer.

I love Nature’s Wellness Box colours and the printed tissue paper that wraps the products. It is made of high-quality and has a beautiful pattern of coloured leaves with plumeria flowers. According to Nature’s Wellness Box website, “In the Hawaiian culture, the plumeria symbolizes positivity and new beginnings.” They hope that their Nature’s Wellness Box subscription will bring positivity into your home and life.

The theme for December’s Nature’s Wellness Box is all about “Enjoying the Winter Wonderland!” The product card describes getting outside and enjoying winter outdoor activities despite our sometimes cold and dreary Canadian weather.

“There are many benefits to being outside in nature, things that used to be anecdotal but are increasingly being studied and quantified. For example, research shows that walking in nature is better for memory recall and attention span than walking in an urban environment. Doctors are starting to prescribe nature for depression, stress and attention disorders. Exposure to sunlight on a Brisk Winter Walk can also be a good mood lifter in general…”

I would have to agree that self-care through nature/outdoor activities makes a lot of sense to me!

Nature’s Wellness Box product card shows photos and details about the products, including price and ingredients.

Cela Skin Care Black Soap ($25)

“Manufactured in Morocco and packaged in Canada, this traditional black soap is 100% natural, rich in vitamin E and scented with eucalyptus oil. Infused with saponified olive oil, this skin-softening soap is the perfect product to cleanse and prep the skin for exfoliation.”

This black soap was interesting to use once I got the hang of it. A little goes a long way. My skin felt so incredibly soft after use and I also used this black soap during my at-home pedicure and it seemed to soften some of my hardened skin.

Cela Skin Care Exfoliating Mitt ($15)

“Traditionally used in the hammams of Morocco and Turkey for centuries to thoroughly exfoliate the skin from the neck to feet, the Céla Exfoliating Mitt can be used in the bath or shower to scrub your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.”

This mitt is next-level awesome and it exfoliated my skin extremely well without any redness or burning. It does an impressive job!

VIVOO Wellness Strips – 4 Tests ($35)

“A new technology that analyzes your urine and provides nutrition and lifestyle advice, unique to your body in just seconds. Vivoo translates your urine information into personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice that can easily fit in your daily life. All of the Vivoo advice has been prepared by registered dieticians, nutritionists, and doctors.”

I am so intrigued by these Vivoo Wellness Strips as all you need to do is download the app, pee on a strip and receive personalized health advice. These wellness strips can test for UTIs, vitamin deficiencies, ketones, liver health, kidney health and so much more! I have not had a chance to use them yet but am so excited to understand how to optimize and manage my daily health and nutrition routine.

Demes Get The Funk Out ($18)

“Made with a blend of essential oils that pack a deodorizing and germ fighting punch. A great air and fabric freshener that can also be used as a body deodorant spray.”

This spray truly does “get the funk out” and it is effective as a deodorant, sanitizer and deodorizer. It’s made with all-natural ingredients including essential oils, vegetable glycerin, witch hazel and ethyl grain alcohol. I have put it in the washroom due to its many uses and my partner has been using it as an air freshener and it is far more enjoyable than other air fresheners.

Walter Vegan Craft Caesar Mix ($9)

“There’s no clam juice in this mix. Instead, our vegan Caesar Mix uses dulse (edible seaweed) hand-harvested from the Bay of Fundy to impart a taste of the sea while being completely plant-based. And as with all Walter products, this mix is made here in Canada using only premium all-natural ingredients without any artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup.”

I’ve never had a Caesar before as I am allergic to shellfish but was able to enjoy one thanks to this vegan caesar mix. I enjoyed it and cannot wait to buy and enjoy them more often now that there’s a product for me.

Walter Craft Caesar Rim ($4.99)

“Made with flake salt, organic cane sugar, smoked paprika, & a whole host of other seasonings & spices, this craft Caesar rim is designed to be the perfect complement to your Caesar, and pairs well with all flavours of Walter Craft Caesar Mix.”

This caesar rim was super tasty! I also used this as a meat rub and it did not disappoint!

December’s Nature’s Wellness Box was filled with six products for a total value of approximately $107. Thanks to Nature’s Wellness Box, I was introduced to new brands and products that I was able to use to aid in my wellness. I love all of the products and cannot wait to see what the new year will bring! If Nature’s Wellness box is calling to you, you can subscribe for a month to month subscription or bi-monthly or every three months, for only $44.99 CAN per month.
