Here’s a closer look at the items I received this month….

This month’s NoMakeNoLife box is packed with items to treat yourself with an at-home spa night! Relax, rewind, and refresh your skin with these pampering products.

Included in every box is a mini pink booklet detailing all of the hand-picked products each month. You’ll get in-depth descriptions, instructions (in English, of course) and upcoming news!

Morning Surprise Hand Cream – Snail or Peach (Korea)

Another month, another hand cream! Subscribers will receive the Morning Surprise Hand Cream in either Snail or Peach. If you’re not familiar with snail extract as an ingredient, you’re missing out! I know it sounds off-putting and strange at first, but trust me, it’s a life-changing ingredient that has remarkable hydrating and soothing benefits! It’s one of my favorite skincare ingredients.

Berrisom Peking Opera Sheet Mask – Red Wine + Adenosine or Pearl + Arbutin (Korea)

This sheet mask is a part of Berrisom’s Peking Opera sheet mask series which feature traditional Chinese Opera characters. These are not only fun to use, but they’re also great at providing the skin with radiance and hydration.

The Saem Water Candy Lip Tint (Korea)

The Saem Water Candy Lip Tint comes in 5 different red hues. I received Cherry, which is a deep and bold true red. This lip tint has a watery formula that is easy to apply and super lightweight on the lips. It gives a sheer, but pigmented wash of color that lasts all day!

Ariul Stress Relieving Purefull Cleansing Wipes (Korea)

I cannot live without makeup remover wipes and these by Ariul are amazing! They’re the perfect size for travel and it comes with 15 wipes. The wipes are gentle on the skin and easily remove most makeup without any struggles. My skin is left feeling clean and refreshed without the need to wash.

To-Plan Shea Butter Body Lotion (Japan)

The To-Plan Shea Butter Body Lotion is a thick and rich body lotion containing shea butter, olive oil, collagen, and hyaluronic acid to provide the skin with tons of moisture and hydration. It absorbs quickly into the skin without being sticky or heavy.

Konnyaku Face Sponge (Japan)

This facial sponge is 100% natural and made out of Konnyaku, or Asian Potato. What’s both cool and strange is that it arrived already wet in the bag! The texture is very squishy and soft to the touch. It contains fine fibers that gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin from dead skin cells and debris.

Lucky Wink Foot Scrub Sponge (Japan)

The Foot Scrub Sponge is a tear-drop shaped exfoliating sponge designed to soften your feet and smooth your heels. The sponge is very soft on the skin and doesn’t feel painful, rough, or harsh at all, unlike some pumice stones. It’s easy to use, wet or dry, and gets the job done quickly!

House-Shaped Makeup Sponges (Japan)

I once saw Pony, the Korean makeup artist, use house-shaped makeup sponges and I’ve been trying to find some for so long! These makeup sponges are shaped with several angular sides that resemble a house shape. It’s meant to be used damp, which allows it to double in size. The edges are great for fitting into the curvatures and contours of your face like the sides of your nose and the under-eye area. These are great to use when you want a dewy, sheer finish to your makeup.

NoMakeNoLife Review April 2019 – Final Thoughts

I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t something really fun or unique this month, but overall, this month’s NoMakeNoLife box was filled with handy beauty staples that work well. I really appreciate the diverse product selection from makeup items, skincare, body care, and beauty tools. I like how I always get to try a little bit of everything!

My favorite items this month was the Ariul Stress Relieving Purefull Cleansing Wipes and the House-Shaped Makeup Sponges!
