February Box Details

“February’s curation incorporates two beautifully made color items i.e. a multifunctional lip & cheek cream made with Shea & Kokum Butter and a vegan dual eyeshadow to give you seamless, natural-looking hues. A cooling under-eye gel and a lustrous hair serum helps rid those telltale signs of fatigue as well as improve scalp circulation, so very important after the previous months’ celebrations!”

Here’s a look at what was in this month’s Nourish Beauty Box ($84.50 Total Value):

Nourish Naturals’ Creamy Vegan Stain in “Nude Rose” ($22)

“A lip & cheek cream enriched with Shea & Kokum Butter as well as Marshmallow Root Extract for focused hydration as well as to provide blendable, buildable color.”

This is a really lovely hued multipurpose product. It’s like an enhanced natural lip color so would likely be a great neutral to pair with any look. I’ve received a couple of these now in the most recent month’s. I feel like this one is a bit similar to one I’ve already received, but since it’s a nice neutral it’s still nice to add to my collection.

Peony Cosmetics’ Sweet Pea  ($22)

“A lightweight, oil-free under eye gel, formulated with Gotu Kola, Sweet Pea extract and Marine Algae, that helps you tackle puffiness, fine lines and signs of fatigue.”

I do like trying new under eye products to see if anything will be successful at making me look less tired. This one says it does just that, so it’s intriguing. However, I’m particular about the product, especially in seeing how it wears with under eye concealer. This one will need a bit of testing, but it sounds soothing to the eyes from the description.

J & L Naturals’ Orange & Cedarwood Growth Hair Serum ($28)

“Made with pure plant oils to help improve scalp circulation and promote stronger hair.”

I have been feeling like my hair has been thinning a bit lately so I’ve had a hair growth helper product on my mind so it’s perfect this showed up. I’ve not actually tried a scalp oil before though since I have thinner hair I’m thinking this will be more of a nighttime product so it doesn’t weigh my hair down. I like the smell quite a bit – it smells fresh and bright. I’m curious to try this out and see it it improves my hair situation.

Nourish Naturals’ Highlighter Duo in “Glow” ($12.50)

“A vegan dual highlighter to give you seamless, natural-looking glow.”

The description above says this was supposed to be a highlighter duo, but what came in my box was this eyeshadow duo in the color pair called “Glance”. I’m almost positive I have this exact shadow duo from a previous box and browns aren’t a color I usually wear (though the gold is nice), so I’m not sure I’ll use this one.

Nourish Beauty Box Review February 2022 – Final Thoughts

This month’s Nourish Beauty Box was just ok to me. I like the items included and think a lot of people will find them useful and fun, but I just don’t love all of it. And I wish I did love it since it’s February, the month of love! I think getting another eyeshadow that I already have was slightly disappointing, especially since it was supposed to be another product all together. However, I am intrigued by the hair serum and the dual purpose lip and cheek tint will certainly be useful. I guess I just wasn’t blown away this month, but am now definitely look forward to seeing what next month brings.
