Panty by Post Review March 2019

Panty by Post offers a subscription box that ships to you a new panty or bra and panty matching set every month. It is a company that I like for the quality of their products but also for their choice of manufactures who supports women who are at a disadvantage.

I received, for the first time, the Everyday basics box from Panty by Post to review, and I am happy to share with you my thoughts on the product I received.

Subscription Details

First, here a some details about the subscriptions options. When you sign up for a Panty by Post subscription, you have 5 options to choose from, depending on your favorite style and budget.

I received my panty in this cute little red box. It is the first time I get a white and red one instead of the white and pink one. I wonder if it is linked to the subscription type. The panty was carefully wrapped in white silk paper and came with a card with some details about what I got (style, color, subscription).

In February, I was happy to discover a new brand and this month, a new discovery awaited me. I received a panty from Miel a company based in Montreal (yeah, I like when the products are made near my town!).

The company owners are based in Montreal, and they recently moved the production in Colombia, where they were born and raised. They sell bras, panties, camisole and other accessories.

I read that they use a special treatment on their underwear called GuardinTM. It is a built-in botanical anti microbial protection against stain and odors. The product used is derived from food-safe essential oils and minerals.

I must admit that, for the first time, it was not love at first sight. The bare color is too plain for me and the high waist hipster look is not my favourite style. With 18 possible colors for this model, I would have preferred another one like the Pink Space Dye or the Navy ombre.

I like the concept of the panty, the logo of the company is super cute on the side, and I would have love to love them, but unfortunately that pair does not look good on me. I read a review that after washing, it fits better, so I will give it another try and see how it goes.

As for the fabric, it is made of: 88% nylon, 10% spandex, 3% cotton and 1% polyester. It has to be washed with cold or warm water and hang to dry.

Fit & Sizing

To give you an idea about the sizing: my waist size is 30 inches and my hip size is 35 inches. This panty comes in small/medium, medium/large and large/x large and I received the M/L.

Like a said, it did not fit me very well, but I am not used to this type of panty and they have not been washed yet.

Panty by Post Review March 2019 – Final Thoughts

The Panty by Post I received this month was very different in term of style then the one I received before, but I liked the company that was chosen and the panty I received was a really good quality. Like I said, I would have preferred a bright color and the “extra coverage” the high waist gives is not what I am usually looking for. Still looking forward to next month since I have had only good surprises before.
