Postmark’d Studio Review August 2018

PostBox is a card box from Postmark’d Studio. Each PostBox subscription comes with a monthly, limited-edition selection of beautiful handcrafted artisanal greeting cards and postcards crafted by artists around the globe. They kindly sent us this box for review.

If you are a stationery lover like myself, this is the box for you. Out of all the stationery boxes I have reviewed over the years, this is one of my favourites. I LOVE the packaging, the attention to detail, the selection of cards we receive and the fact that they always include some sort of bonus item.

Just a heads up……I’m thinking the August box is going to be a favourite in regards to the theme and the items we have received…….I had a quick peek and it looks pretty darn fun…..

August Theme – Starry Nights

Hot summer days bring clear, cool starry nights. This collection of cards will transport you to memories of lying on a blanket staring up at the beauty and wonder of the stars in the sky. It’s a reminder that we need to slow down, unplug, and connect in a meaningful, simple way—snail-mail style!

Here’s a closer look at the August box. Prepare to be wowed……

Send your BFFs a note and tell them how grateful you are to have them in your life! It will make your day and theirs, too!

When It Rains

Share this beautiful card with that busy-busy someone in your life as a reminder to take a moment, slow down, and savor their surroundings.

Ginger P. Designs, located in Janesville, MN, began after Gina Petersen spent countless hours designing her own wedding invitations.

Thinking of You

Skip the text and send a “Hey, how are you note” to someone! Chances are it will be contagious, and you might get a note back!

Jaylene Arnold decided to be impractical and pursue her dream of being a professional artist. Out of that dream she created Inkerbell.

You’re So Stellar

We all know a star (they might not think they are a star) deserving of some recognition!

Wild Ink Press, located in Chico, CA, and founded by Rebekah Tennis, sprang out of a desire to create a cherished, keepsake product in a throwaway world.

Aurora Borealis

Surprise a favorite stargazer with gorgeous colors and movement. This postcard from 3D Stereo Photography was produced using lenticular printing technology. Lenticular lenses create images with an illusion of depth or the ability to change or move as the image is viewed from different angles.

Artsy Doodad

A set of six metallic colored pencils—sharpener included!

Moon Log Book

This little book is great for jotting down all your crazy random thoughts!

Big Wheel Press, located in Easthampton, MA, was named after the classic plastic trike! Every Big Wheel product has a personal story, and it is the heart behind the products that makes them so enduring.

Far Out Patch

Tuck this extra treat inside one of your handwritten notes.

Lucky Horse Press, located in the Garden State, has a mission to create general happiness for all! Michele Lee is a designer and printer, and much of her creative inspiration comes from music, memories, and fun and irreverent things.

Postmark’d Studio Review August 2018 – Final Thoughts

It’s official! This is my favourite Postmark’d Studio box to date!! They nailed it this month. Everything is absolutely perfect. From the theme to the gorgeous metallic cards, to the log book and the metallic pencils. Oh…..and the Far Out Patch – so stinkin’ cute!!! Wow, wow, wow. I am almost at a loss for words. Maybe it’s just me, but everything about the August box is making me happy. It is making me want to take the rest of the day off just to write thank you cards and color with my new pencils. I really, really, really hope to see a similar box in the future – gorgeous cards, notebook and beautiful pencils. The August box is definitely worthy of a day spent in my pjs with an endless amount of tea, writing letters to friends and a Netflix marathon. This little delivery honestly just made my day!

XOXO
