Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the Summer 2021 Saltwater & Sand box…..
Leather and Canvas Drink Tote – $63
Clea Ray bags are designed and hand crafted using re-purposed canvas and military tents, which brings a special meaning to our military family owned business. Bring your drinks to the beach in style and ditch the cardboard in the store when you mix and match your favorites.
This season our items arrived in this beautiful canvas drink tote. I absolutely LOVE the style of this tote, as well as the material and the design/patter. Basically I love everything about it, and it’s unlike anything I currently own. I’m wondering if there’s a way I can use it as decor. It’s so pretty, I would love to have it on display.
Coconut Cuticle Oil – $12
Deco Miami’s cuticle oil formula is an ultra nourishing blend of vitamins and moisturizing organic oils that help to keep your cuticles feeling soft and healthy. Apply just a couple drops, a little goes a long way. Vegan. Cruelty-free.
If you read my reviews, or watch my YouTube Unboxings on a regular basis you will know that I love cuticle oil. I apply it at least once a day and love to try different formulas and brands. This is one I haven’t tried as of yet, but I love the Deco Miami brand so I’m pretty sure I am going to love it.
Coastal Bartender’s Tool – $44
Perfect for the beach, boat, or dinner party. Woman owned business Sterling Brooke built this opener with heavy duty stainless steel and naturally water-resistant white oak. It features a 2-step corkscrew, bottle opener, and foil cutter/knife.
How beautiful is this bottle opener!? It’s high quality, a fun design, and such a useful little tool to have in your cutlery drawer. I don’t know about you, but I am always misplacing my wine opener so it will be nice to have a spare.
Grilling Dipping Salad Sauce – $9
Cool and spicy, this tropical sauce is great over fish tacos or chicken tostadas. Brush on prawns and pineapple kabobs, grilled fish, chicken or pork. Toss into a jicama, avocado and red onion salad. Dip corn chips or sour dough bread. Mix into your favorite salsa.
I love receiving quality food items in my subscription boxes, I guess I’m a bit of a foodie at heart. This one stands out to me because I LOVE sauces. I’ll most likely use it as a dressing but I also like the idea of mixing it with salsa.
Gold Triple Wrap Bracelet – $36
Handmade with Czech glass beads that look like perfect little seashells to start your trendy bracelet stack or to layer with your necklaces. Also a woman owned business, Cecelia Designs plants a tree for every purchase, helping our beloved ocean.
Another thing you probably know about me if you read my reviews on a regular basis is that I am very picky when it comes to bracelets. In fact, I rarely wear them because I am THAT picky. But this one is lovely. I like the wrap style, I like that it has a bit of stretch, and I like that it fits my tiny wrists.
Saltwater & Sand Review Summer 2021 – Final Thoughts
I am now realizing that I should definitely be sharing this subscription with you more often because it is just done so well. The Summer Saltwater & Sand is absolutely wonderful. I love the beachy vibe, the thoughtful curation, and I am especially loving the upcycled Drink Tote that everything was packaged in. I’m really looking forward to seeing what they put together for the Fall and Winter boxes, but if the Summer box is any indication as to what subscribers will receive, I think they will be pretty darn great!
