ScentBox Review October 2019

ScentBox is an affordable and fun way for members to seek out and sample wonderful new designer fragrances each and every month….only $14.95/mo. They kindly sent us this box for review.

I have to say…..I have been LOVING my ScentBox deliveries as of late. I went for a very long time without wearing perfume as I find the process of shopping for fragrances quite overwhelming. I still don’t wear it on a regular basis, but let me tell you…..it is so nice to have a selection of fragrances to choose from when I’m in the mood for a little spritz.

This month I chose my own fragrance by adding it to my fragrance calendar, but if I wouldn’t have done that I could have received the fragrance of the month. For October it is Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana.

Here’s a look at the fragrance I received in my October ScentBox:

Escada Magnetism

Escada Magnetism, the newest essence of Escada. A contemporary oriental. Sculptured like a precious gem, evoking the power of attraction from a crystal, Escada Magnetism conveys a feeling of energy. Pure and simple in its modern design, it is also multi-faceted and ultra-feminine. Top Notes include Leafy Greens, Basil, Freesia, Black Currant, Plumberry, Jasmine, Immortelle, Muguet, Blond Woods, Iris, Almond Blossom, Amber, Musk, Cashmere Vanilla, Sandalwood.

Magnetism by Escada has 147 reviews on the ScentBox website which is one of the reasons I added it to my fragrance cue. Reviewers describe it as fresh, flirty and fun. It has a touch of sweetness but it’s very subtle. It’s not the kind of scent I would typically go for but I do really like it.

ScentBox Review October 2019 – Final Thoughts

I’m pleasantly surprise by my October ScentBox choice. It’s another fragrance that I picked out personally, although I’m very tempted to start letting ScentBox make the selections for me. Magnetism gets great reviews and is described as oriental and feminine. I definitely pick up on the leafy greens, musk and vanilla. I’m not sure if it will be my go-to fragrance but I do think it is very pretty. In addition to that I am loving the fact that ScentBox changed up their packaging and travel case for the month of October to help promote breast cancer awareness month.
